We started with Majestic/Elite when we hired them to design a memorial garden in memory of our son. They couldn't have been more helpful and we were so impressed with their knowledge and integrity that we have continued to have them do the bark around our home each year as well as treat the lawn. The lawn has never looked better or been healthier. They are very prompt about coming out to diagnose any problem we find in the yard (like pesky moles) and treat it. In addition to our yard, we also have them do our snowplowing each year and have been very happy with the timely manner that they do this and are very pleased with the job they do.

Had to address issues more time than normal. Starting the season putting trimming in neighbors yard. (Had to address 3 times before it was corrected)! On the 4th application your man decided to do this on the hottest day of the summer when the grass was burned and dry. To this day I'm still trying to get the grass to grow. If that wasn't bad enough I didn't get a bill until later in the month that said it was over due and charged a late fees. Your overall service this past summer isn't what I have been accustomed to.

We had a large steep hill which had been cleared of many years of overgrown brush. Majestic designed a beautiful landscape plan for the hill and prepared a quote and presented both to us in person. They came out several times upon our request to discuss the plan and answer our questions. When it came time for planting, they sent a large crew out who worked hard for two days to complete the project. Throughout the whole process, Majestic was very patient and professional and treated us very respectfully. They were knowledgeable about what type of plants would work for our hill and did everything they said that they would do in the timeframe promised. They even came in slightly under the quoted price! We would definitely work with them again in the future.

The retaining wall and replacement plants were done very good and look wonderful. The reseeding of grass took in most places but we still had to seed in some of the places it didn't. With all the watering we're doing, the work that Majesticservices has and continues to do for us, we are more than pleased that our grass will be fuller and even more beautiful now.
