We would highly recommend Joe at Elements Home Design. He really listened to our ideas and came up with a design that was both functional and beautiful. He was easy to get along with and extremely accommodating with his time. We are very happy with both the process and the finished product and would certainly employ Elements Home Design again.

We hired Joe, from Elements Home Design Portfolio to increase our living space and home/land value. From the moment we first talked to Joe, he took great care to listen to all our needs and wishes. He came back to us with some very practical and design savvy ideas that we would of never came up with. He transformed our modest 3 bedroom home into a sublime architecturally designed 4 bedroom home, boasting amazing lake views. His clever designs increased our home value by more than half a million dollars, largely outweighing our total renovation/building cost. Therefore as a client I could not be happier with the outcome and would use him again in a heartbeat.

We asked Joe to design a Secondary Dwelling - Granny Flat for the parents. His ability to work with the limitations that we had on our block, was fantastic. We used Joe at 'Elements Home Designs' to design and plan our recent home renovation. Joe understood our briefing clearly, and met with us on site regularly to present and review plans. We found Joe very professional and pleasant to work with, as did our builders. Joe also provided plans in a digital 3D cad form, which allowed us to visualise the designs very easily. In addition, Joe made himself available to discuss any aspects of the plans during the project. We are very happy with the end result, and it turned out exactly the way we wanted it. I think the successful end result is largely due to Joe's professionalism and experience, and his ability to develop good working relationship with his clients. From my personal experience, I can highly recommend Joe for home renovation designs and plans. In my opinion Joe is a very good architect, and we enjoyed working closely with Joe throughout the course of our renovation project.

We are really pleased with the end result. Joe helped us create the vision of transforming an old but well built higgledy piggledy beach house. The home is now a beautifully open and free flowing space with great hideaways to escape to when it's time for a break. Thanks Joe

Joe could not have been more helpful with designing my new home, nothing was too much trouble. He made great suggestions and changed things numerous times until I was satisfied with the design. If I have to build or renovate again I would use him every time. I have no hesitation in recommending him.

We cannot thank Joe at Elements Home Design enough for designing our dream home. From the outset & throughout the design process Joe was nothing but helpful and professional. When we came to Joe we had seen previous designs and liked the fact he thought outside the box and his designs were unique.
