Since 1977, Richard Brantley has been in the Electrical Industry. In the Electrical Trade right out of high school. Signed up for the four year apprenticeship program in Bridgeport Connecticut, started Independent Electric Company and worked close with the Community. Independent Electric Company evolved after moving to Atlanta Georgia in 1992. It became Independent Electrical Services. We provide a variety of services in a more personal way to our customers that make us more than a company. We are part of the community. We take pride in the quality and professional services we provide our customers. We are committed to meeting and exceeding customer expectations. Independent Electrical Services, is also a strong advocate for education. As an educator/professor, Independent Electrical Services currently sponsor and write programs for the Skilled Trade Apprenticeship Programs as well as Community and Cultural Education classes and Workshops. We are committed to excellence and healthy communities. Through, Amenra School of Electrical and Skilled Trades, IES will participate in the apprenticeship program to provide a path for career and employment opportunities.
