Run away as fast as you can! This company is a fraud. They use inferior products, unskilled labor, poor workmanship, incomplete houses, zero contact after moving in, leaving you with no warranty and only recourse is a lawsuit. This pertains to both entities of this company Jose Gomez and Aubrey Hall.

I just bought one of their homes and it looks great but its very poorly built and if you want to look at ours before you get them to build for you, [Sensitive Information Hidden],windows are cheap ,doors are thin ,not enough insulation and maybe no insulation in the walls ,driveway is cracking all over ,trim is cheap, no plugs in some rooms and light switches behind doors everyday we find more stuff wrong with the home ,these people have no business even thinking they are a home builder ,and after reading other reviews there's no sense in trying to get them to repair anything they they don't warranty anything, a home is probably your biggest investment and I'm serious if you are ever thinking of using this builder you should come look at our house and all the things we had fixed or going to fix, now we know why we got a 179k discount on this home because that's what we are going to spend to make it right

Elara Homes built a quality, fully custom home for us in The Commons of Lake Houston. We were treated respectfully and any issues that arose, Aubrey handled and worked with us to make our vision become a reality. They went above and beyond and Aubrey always looked for ways to improve an already beautiful home. He met with us anytime we needed to, and his site managers worked to keep things flowing. I would use Elara Homes again for any future custom build we need.
