Eileen went above and beyond all my expectations with the sale of my home in Downers Grove. I had relocated to another state. Eileen took care of my home as if it was her own. Eileen made the selling of my home as stress free as possible. Eileen's business experience on knowing the real state market evaluations made her 95% correct on listing price,and contract dealings.

Eileen is the best realtor ever!!! She helped me to focus on what needed to be done to get the house sold. She went above and beyond by helping me schedule appointments for repairs and even reporting gas leaks and waiting for NICOR to show up. Eileen got this sold within 90 days!!!

Eileen Kenah from Baird and Warner was the listing agent for my mother's home. We chose Eileen because of her thorough explanation of how she set a selling price and because we liked her and thought she would be easy to work with. We were right. Mom lived had lived in the house for over 40 years and Eileen was helpful and supportive through the process of emptying out the house and getting it ready to sell. Her advice about preparing the house for sale were evidently right on target because there were multiple offers. With Eileen's help, the house sold for more than the asking price.

Eileen was extremely courteous, professional, and generous with her time from the very first time we contacted her all the way through to the closing of the sale and beyond. Eileen took the time to listen to our needs, asked questions, and demonstrated her ability to find a home that included many of the desires discussed. コメント：Front steps to porch and walkway - brick? bluestone?I work keep the wood steps on the porch to keep with the style of the house. We just redid our front walk way with a unilock product called Rivenstone and I absolutely love it. It looks like bluestone...

コメント：Vanity top side backsplash questionOne of the things I like about our corian vanity top is the integrated backsplash. There are no seems for gunk to get caught in. I'm surprised the contractor did not suggest this.
