Eileen was responsive, prompt and very detailed. She returned my call the same day I contacted her - which is uncommon in this industry. Her communication is wonderful. She came out to our home a few days after our initial phone conversation to talk to us about our project and take pictures of our space. She listened well and had a very detailed digital rendering to us within a week. She listened to our likes and dislikes and worked with us to edit the rendering as we desired, while still providing her professional input to make sure that what we all agreed on would thrive and work in our space. The project took about one week to complete, and her crew was very professional and hard-working. We have gotten many compliments from neighbors and have been enjoying our new space endlessly! Thank you, Eileen!

Eileen did an amazing job of redesigning the garden in our front yard, which was in major need of a facelift. We are very happy with the results. She uses a computer program that allows you to see the completed project, rather than just imagining it. Although she is the expert and did the majority of the design, she also listened and allowed me to be involved. She then recommended a good crew of landscapers who were professional and really took pride in their work. I would highly recommend Eileen for any landscaping project you have. This was a small job for her, but she handled it as if it were her most important job.

We hired Eileen to design a beautiful landscape for our new home last year. Sadly, the design looked great on paper but over 30% of the plants she suggested died because she had them put in areas where they would not thrive. We used Juan, from Florida Exotic, for our irrigation and planting and he was a nightmare also. When the plants started dying, neither Juan or Eileen wanted to replace them, even though we had a year guarantee in writing. Very disappointed in both of them. I would definitely NOT recommend Eileen G Designs or Florida Exotic Landscaping.

Hello Deb, we completed your installation a year and a half ago and at the time I indicated to you how critical it was to hire professionals to maintain the property -- irrigation, pest control, fertilization and proper pruning, etc. Especially since you are a seasonal resident, care of the property is crucial during the summer months when everything is growing significantly and pests can be a problem. I also made myself available on numerous occasions to meet with you over a 6 month period to revise and adjust the irrigation, plants, as is normal for a job of this magnitude. My contractors fully honored their warrantees and even replaced plants 6-8 months after expiration of the warranty. Additionally, my landscape contractor met with you on site numerous times after that to discuss proper maintenance, fertilization, pest control. We have gone above and beyond what is reasonable and fair. I would be happy to meet with you at your home to assess what could be done at this point to improve your landscaping. I have been in business since 2008 and have never had a negative review. My team works very hard to ensure that our clients enjoy the experience of working with us and have outdoor spaces that exceed their expectations. Please don't hesitate to call, if I can be of assistance.

Eileen was very professional and accessible for redesigning our front yard. Her computerized renderings were so helpful and allowed us to visualize the blank slate we had to work with. She had great ideas and was very open to adjusting the design to plants we liked and didn't like. I would recommend her for any landscape designing needs.

Eileen instantly saw my vision as I described it to her when we walked my property and she was able to communicate this vision and her suggestions to me in person very well. I felt very comfortable with her assessment of the conditions at my property and I was correct about this because her plans were spot on and so beautiful! Eileen is truly a professional I will turn to again in the future and I highly recommend her. She was quick to respond to any questions I had and address all comments thoroughly. I was also impressed with her turn around time to produce plans for my project!

I chose Eileen G Designs over others because of the color rendering service and was not disappointed. Her excellent conceptual design was depicted accurately and thoroughly in the alternate view renderings which showed all sides of the house. Both Eileen and the installation crew were extremely knowledgeable, experienced and dedicated to quality work. The final result exceeded expectations and I highly recommend them.
