We established in 2000 as a response to the lack of high quality shutters in Ontario at the time. We have since developed a dedicated following amongst interior designers, architects and discerning householders. We combine the integrity of old-world craftsmanship and the precision of modern technology to create shutters that add beauty and value to the interior and exterior of a home. Each shutter starts with the finest hand selected hardwoods and is manufactured following time-honored traditional design. As part of a basement renovation, Andy & Effie were engaged to build a custom closet w/ built in shelves/drawers and double doors, as well as doors to a new bathroom/pantry/laundry room & shutters on all windows. Their professionalism in guiding us through the design phase and the style, artistry and quality in their workmanship is unparalleled. Their attention to detail from design of the closet/shutters/doors to quality and operation of the doors, hardware and colour matching was exceptional. They worked tirelessly on the day of the installation to ensure precision and perfection of the outcome and no detail was left unturned. We are thrilled with the outcome of the project. The closet/doors/shutters literally transformed the basement into a top rate renovation and added significant value to our home. Without hesitation, I would highly recommend Shutters Toronto!

I have been working with Andy and Effie since 2008. They have added beauty, elegance and detailed workmanship with their articulate professionalism. They have put in beautiful window shutters as well as put together amazingly functional closet organizers and a wall unit in our home. Their latest work of art was our coffee table which has become the topic of conversation at all our get together. It's been a pleasure to work with such talented people and I highly recommend them!!!!

I highly recommend Shutters Toronto. I have had them over the last 4 years provide services such as interior window shutters; closet shutters; repairing of shutters and custom made furniture.
