Elaine Everett's Lighting

First and last time to use Elaine Everett's Lighting. I took an antique tole floor lamp in to be re-wired and was told the repair work would be $85.00 to be repaired and one week to complete the work. I called after a week to check status as I had not heard from anyone and was told it would be completed by the weekend, which was another 4 days. Still no call. I called the following Tuesday to inquire and was told the lamp was completed. When the invoice was presented to me for the repair, the charge was for $121.05, which I questioned, My original amount given ($85.00) was for everything included, but my invoice had everything broken down to individual prices, making my repair cost $36.05 more than was was originally stated. No one from this company every called me to ask if the extra cost was OK. I am highly disappointed in the price gouging that I received. I should be refunded the price difference of what was NOT discussed prior to the repair.

Elaine Everett's Lighting is one of the most generous businesses that I have come across. Elaine and team offered to donate various pieces of lighting and related accessories to those who were impacted by Hurricane Harvey here in the Houston. When I reached out on behalf of my parents, who lost everything in the floods they were more than happy to donate the 2 lamps and one light fixture that I requested. I went to pick the items up and was greeted and treated as kindly and respectfully as any other customer. The lighting pieces are beautiful and of the best quality. My parents are so excited and grateful for the very generous donation that Elaine Everett provided. I will shop at her store the next time that I need new lighting for my home. Thank you Elaine Everett!

I was recently looking for lighting for a home renovation. I found Elaine Everett's Lighting in the Katy, Texas area. I am so happy I did. They are so knowledgeable and helpful. The professionals are very attentive and take time to help you make selections. They have a large showroom and can order items quickly. I would recommend them to home owners and builders as they can help you keep your project within budget with an ontime completion.

This will be our fourth purchase at Elaine Everett's Lighting. We have been very satisfied with their products and service. At our home, we have been updating lighting fixtures and ceiling fans in the dining room, entryway, and family room. We have now moved to the breakfast area. Each time we have been pleased with our selections and installation. The staff are very helpful and answer all our questions. The times we had fixtures installed, the installer was prompt, courteous, efficient, and kept our home clean when they left. We are happy to have this lighting store so close to us in Katy.

Cason Graye Homes has done work with Brent & Josh for many years and were happy to follow them to Elaine Everett's when they opened their store in Katy. Their team is always on top of things, organized and willing to help in any way necessary to get the job done. Josh has worked with many of our clients who come in to select their lighting and is extremely patient and level headed. He always stays on budget which our clients appreciate and respect. They have thousands of fixtures to chose from, but if they don't have one exact fixture you are looking for, they will find an option that is almost identical every time. We appreciate the relationship we have with Elaine Everett's and know that we are always going to be in good hands using their services.

I took a $800 Ralph Lauren crystal lamp in to have the voltage converted and it took seven months to have this service completed and they damaged my lamp. One of their employees dropped the lamp and placed a large chip in the front of the crystal lamp. They admitted to doing the damage and tried to have it fixed (which didn't work). They didn't charge me for the service fee to convert voltage and said that this should be enough. They refused to provide me with a new lamp similar to mine which would've been fair. I walked in with a lamp in perfect condition and they thought it was fair that i walked out with a damaged lamp. I will never do business here again!! I found Brent most unprofessional, as well as Josh, the store manager.

Glad to know these folks. We shopped there last week and were met with a courteous and knowledgeable sales team. They have an outstanding selection of lighting and builders hardware to complete our remodeling project. No more trekking into Houston.
