Eco Renovate Pros

My husband and I did a kitchen remodel with Issac and I absolutely love how it turned out! Our kitchen was very old, from the 1950s, with no work done to it. Isaac and his team helped us come up with a great design that made the space much more open, functional, and beautiful. As with most renovation projects, there are always things that come up a long the way, but overall we enjoyed our experience with this company. I felt that I could trust Isaac and never felt as though he used pushy business tactics like other companies we have worked with in the past. Our kitchen really does look stunning! We would definitely recommend them!

We were looking to convert our garage into an ADU and after shopping around and receiving multiple bids we chose Eco Rennovate Pros. This was a long project that took approximately 6 months, which is a long time to be working with anyone and we had a great experience. Isaac was our main point of contact and was very communicative throughout the process and a pleasure to work with. We were very pleased with the outcome and wouldn't hesitate to use Eco Renovate Pros again and recommend them to our friends.

Isaac was amazing throughout the entirety of my remodeling project. He helped with the design process, we had plans drawn up and submitted and the permit process was seamless. Isaac was there every day and for every single inspection. His communication was constant and timely. Now about the work and the workers. Every single sub that Isaac and Eco Renovate Pros has is amazing at their job and always pleasant to be around. Never once was I uncomfortable. Every tradesman introduced themselves made sure that any questions I had were answered. Franklin removed a load bearing wall in our kitchen to create an open concept. Kevin’s custom white oak cabinetry is truly a work of art. People may like the cabinetry more than the master bath. Our master bathroom was gutted completely and the new wet room with rain shower head and free standing tub is somewhere I can spend hours in. The tile work is immaculate with Juan spending as much time as he needs to get it perfect. They did a level 5 smooth finish on all the drywall and Roosevelt went over everything multiple times to make sure he didn’t miss one spot. Overall I can’t speak highly enough about the Eco Renovate Pros team. It was my first project of this size and with all the horror stories I heard I was hesitant when I started the process. Isaac, Eli, and their entire team made sure that everything came out exactly the way I wanted it. Thanks so much and I highly recommend to anyone looking for an incredible contractor!

Hired for home remodel. Paid them $333k. The abandoned my job with no verbal or written notice as required by the Contractor State License Board (CSLB). They did not use licensed subs. They did not do work up to code. They did not get work inspected as required. I had to hire another contractor to fix numerous problems. I had to dig up the sewer work they did because it wasn't inspected and the City made me replace the wrong size pipes that were installed. Installation of HVAC units not up to code and hoses kinked so had to be replaced. One of my existing mini split units was removed from the wall and damaged beyond repair. They installed a toilet drain 7" from one wall and 9" from another and the toilet would not fit. I had to rip up that tile floor and move the drain. I had to redo the HVAC ducting, most of the plumbing, and a lot of electrical. Kitchen not measured correctly so had to re-trench kitchen to move plumbing. They found leaky rusty pipes and told me they fixed it and 3 months later I had a slab leak and had to spend $50k to fix the sewer. The cost was more than it would have been if they had fixed it properly when they found it. Did not get roof inspected because they did not turn in recycle receipts to City so City assessed a $6,000 fine to sign off on roof. Roofer was unlicensed so I have no warranty on the new roof. I could list many more issues I found. I had to pay over $300k to get my house fixed and finished and have been out an extra 9 months costing me extra rent and furniture storage and stress. This business should not be allowed to have a contractors license and consumers need to be warned.

We have had an extremely positive experience working with Eli and Eco Renovate Pros. From the beginning stages of bids, plans, and permits to the now completion of our project, everything has run seamlessly. We had tons of bids on our ADU project but knew Eco was the right choice. Eli is extremely well versed in materials, design recommendations and ensuring the quality of your project. He is on top of communication and always informing the client of the project. We only wish we had unlimited funds so we could continue to keep creating projects for Eli and team.

This was my first large renovation project. I have a 1930s home that I wanted to bring up to date. Eco Renovate Pros helped me add a master bath, existing bathroom remodel, a covered patio, central air, a tankless water heater, AC, new interior and exterior doors, windows, and interior paint and exterior paint. Issac was great with communication and was very patient with me and my perfectionism. I'd give them a 4.5 if I could because there were hiccups with attention to detail; again I'm a perfectionist.

We chose Eco Renovate Pros after meeting with several companies. We trusted them the most and they made our vision a reality. We had our architectural plans completed already so they took over from there. They were easy to work with, paid attention to details, and did a beautiful job. We recommend them to anyone who wants their job done well.

I found Eli thru a friend who's doing currently doing renovations with this company. I am currently on the hunt for a house and found one with a nice view but a major issues I wanted to change. Take a load bearing post down, add a kitchen island, etc. I messaged Eli to see if he could go to the house with me while the day they do inspections. Not only was he very prompt with communication but he was also very knowledgeable and honest with his feedback on the house. The pros and cons of getting it, and the amount it would cost for all the changes I wanted. I ended up not going thru with the sale, so still on the lookout but I definitely have Eli's number on speed dial if the house I find needs a renovation.

I have worked with Eli several times and everytime it has been a pleasure. From beginning to end he's involved and always available to help or answer questions. If he doesn't know the answer right away he comes back with enough research to write a thesis on it. Thats how detailed he is with craftsmanship to back it up. Totally impressed with the workmanship and service that I received from this company. We hired them to remodel our master & guest bathroom. The designs that these guys were able to produce were realistic and spot on the finshed product. Working in this way definitely gave us a comfortable feeling and minimazied discrepancies. Eli was very professional and was able to complete both bathrooms in approximately 3 weeks following the completion of the initial design process. These guys breezed through all of the necessary inspections and the quality of finishes is really fantastic.

I must say that never did I think this company would do such a phenomenal job. Eli came over, helped me with my design, showed me some samples and took the time to make sure I was comfortable. The work was done with excellence he fitted us in within our schedule and finished on time. Me and my husband hired Eli to remodel our home. If I could give 6 stars I would. It can be nerve wracking to allow a stranger into your home but Eli made us feel comfortable right off the bat. We knew as soon as the work started that we were in very capable hands. The craftsmanship of his subcontractors, the effective and timely communications, the professionalism, and the punctuality of his work make a 5 star review fitting. Eli came here often to manage the subcontractors and the jobs, made himself available for any questions and concerns we had, and always left us with a smiling face. As with all construction, issues arose but Eli was right here with us to navigate and correct immediately. He renovated our kitchen, windows, bathrooms, refinishing of our wood flooring, and interior and exterior paint with all the best materials and because he is the business owner was able to provide very competitive pricing. He had amazing design ideas and provided wonderful vendors.

Can’t say enough good words about this people. We’ve been searching for a contractor for over 6 months to take on a bathroom remodel at a 110 year old property in Long Beach. The challenge that we faced was finding a company that could really understand how to modernize it while at the sane time preserving the historical integrity of the home. The job involved a huge gut and replacing knob and tube wires and really dated plumbing. The whole process after the design phase took 6 weeks. We’re completely blown away with the results and couldn’t have asked for a better outcome.

Our overall experience with Eli was exceptional! From day one when Eli came to bid the project, he was extremely helpful and very clear on what we could expect throughout the project. I was shopping around for a good contractor and spoke to so many different ones. No one understood my vision the way Eli and his team did. They were super professional, reasonable pricing and the work is amazing in quality and design! We did a complete makeover and remodel to our new home I purchased with my wife. The entire Kitchen from cabinets, tile floors to the 3 bathroom remodels. Painted the whole house as well as new flooring. The materials selected were the best quality and the craftmanshift speaks for itself. Next project would be our exterior and potential pool renovation. Let me say, remodeling can sometimes be stressful but try working on a project during a national crisis! Eli was there with us every step of the way, pushing suppliers for deliveries that were delayed and really making us feel comfortable throughout the process. The entire team was extremely neat and took the proper precautions to make sure my family and I felt secure. Although it took a little longer then expected, I really have to applaud these men. Fantastic company!! We used these guys for a new roof and central AC on our home in Redondo Beach. They were recommended by a co-worker and did not disappoint. Eli is easy going and a pleasure to work with. The job was finished in a week and a half and everything came out perfectly.

The process took 5 weeks and everything is working and functioning beautifully. Recently hired these guys to remodel a kitchen and install some flooring in two bedrooms. The whole project from start to finish took just shy of four weeks. Typical working day would start around 8am with the guys working till approximately 4:30. Everyone working on our property was very friendly and you could tell by the care shown that these guys really put passion into what they do. The owner Eli was on site almost everyday and did a great job coordinating all the various vendors. The finished 3 days ahead of the approximate competition date which we were thrilled about. The actual quality of workmanship was top notch and all together the remodel was a pretty painless experience.
