We used Eclectic Interiors for a kitchen and washroom replacement we had been contemplating for 7 years. This was a ‘stand alone’ project and not part of a larger house refurb, so we wanted a company that could manage all aspects of the job, including electrics, plumbing, floor tiling, decorating and replacing the small downstairs washroom. Throughout the design process Jolanta and her team were incredibly patient and understanding as they helped us through our constantly evolving design ideas and our general indecision. When it came to the actual build, they started on the day they said 3 months earlier, the work progressed exactly to plan and finished on the day they said. The whole build was managed entirely by Eclectic and their experienced team of in-house tradesman and fitters, all of whom were exceptionally friendly and courteous. The inevitable problems and subsequent snagging that are part of any large refurb project were dealt with immediately, very efficiently and without friction. Eclectic aren’t the budget option, but the final cost was exactly as detailed at the start of the job, with no unwelcome surprises. Compared with friends who have used other companies, our kitchen refurb went unbelievably smoothly and the final result is absolutely stunning. Our only regret is we didn’t do it sooner.

This is the third, and largest, project I have worked on with the experts Dewi, Jolanta and Neil at Eclectic over a period of ten years, and I am in awe of them. We redesigned an awkward kitchen space, have now maximised that space with brilliant storage ideas, future proofed electrical as well as creating the feel of a much larger kitchen! From their personal approach to understanding our needs, their thoughtfulness and creativity in coming up with options, to help in making the right decisions, their process in selecting from a range of high quality suppliers, to managing all aspects of the project, regular communication and managed expectations throughout. And finally to the team of expert tradesmen like Pawel, Greg and Matt who work with them. They are unrivalled. They were onsite throughout, as well as solved a couple of unexpected surprises swiftly, communicating immediately. I can't thank you all enough for turning a functional, dated kitchen into a living space we want to spend even more time in. Thank you!

Dewi and the whole team at Eclectic Interiors were a dream to work with from start to finish. My kitchen is very small and awkwardly shaped, but Dewi was able to create a design that fit in everything I wanted while still leaving it feeling spacious. We had downsized from a large family home to a modern flat where the kitchen was part of the only living space. We knew we wanted to change the kitchen but had only hazy ideas about design and style. From the moment we met Jolanta and her team we felt we were in safe hands. She listened with care and interest to our thoughts about what we wanted and in developing the design we felt we were being advised, guided and steered but never pushed into anything we didn't want. Jolanta and Neil are clearly very experienced and knowledgeable about the huge range of styles and equipment available and their attention to detail, both when making choices and the later stage of installation, was most impressive and we are delighted with the result. The process and timetable for designing, ordering and installing the kitchen was clearly explained from the start, also when the various payments would fall due. A more detailed timetable was provided after the kitchen had been ordered. When it came to installation, the fitters and other contractors who came to us were all very courteous, pleasant and well-supervised. The installation ran pretty much according to the timetable we had been given at the start. The few "snagging" issues that arose were dealt with promptly and to our satisfaction. We were altogether very happy with our experience; we would recommend Eclectic and would use them again.

Having tried three different kitchen companies to find a design for our kitchen, none of which could meet our requirements, we were so relieved when we found Eclectic. They immediately took on our project, understood completely our needs and design preferences and then worked closely with us to plan the new kitchen and specify all detailed aspects of the project. Jolanta and Neil took us step by step through the process, solved each of our problems for us, provided a proper work schedule and then stuck to it. Best of all they delivered all aspects of the project on time, from clearing the original kitchen, revamping the plumbing and electrics, delivering all the appliances as specified and installing the complete kitchen. The final touch was relaying the floor and then redecorating, so that we had a beautiful, finished kitchen, ready to go, on schedule and on budget to the penny. It has been a real pleasure to work with Jolanta and Neil, they have been understanding, positive and supportive throughout and provided us with a very professional and first class service. We could not recommend them and their company more highly.

Jolanta and the team installed our kitchen at the back end of 2022. They were excellent. The tradesmen were efficient and worked to a very high quality and we are very happy with the outcome. We love our new kitchen. But by far and away the biggest compliment I can give is for the level of customer service. As usual with a building project there were a few snags and issues, but these were resolved supremely quickly and to a very high standard. Very professional, high quality company with a really efficient team running it. Jolanta was incredibly helpful with the design element. Installation was extremely efficient and issues (to be expected in a Victorian house) were swiftly dealt with. The new kitchen looks amazing, and we would cetainly recommend.

We contacted Jolanta and her team to fit a new kitchen as part of our extension project. They were extremely professional and coordinated very well with our builders throughout the process. A kitchen is a large capital outlay, but the team at Eclectic quickly gained our trust and instilled confidence.They provided a first class service and installed excellent quality products. We wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Eclectic for a kitchen refurbishment. We chose to use them for two reasons, firstly they were local and secondly they had their own team of workmen, whom we discovered were very competent and hardworking.
