I've had the pleasure of working with Letitia on a few different building projects. Letitia is one of my favorite people to work with. She goes above and beyond the typical call of duty to ensure her customer is satisfied. Letitia is the full package - artist, architect, designer, project manager, personal shopper, handyman and accountant. My husband I recently purchased a condominium in Highland Park, Illinois and needed some help with renovations. Being completely new to the area and not knowing a soul, I decided to use Houzz to help me find someone. Letitia's name, among others came up. I emailed three or four different designers, but Letitia was the only one who called me, set up time to meet, and discuss my needs. I felt good about our first interaction and decided to hire her to assist me. Once we closed on our property, we had a very tight turnaround time to install new flooring, paint, renovate the bathrooms, update the closets, install new blinds and even scrape the "popcorn ceilings". I needed someone who knew how to manage a project like this and give me design advice too. Hiring Letitia turned out to be the best decision my husband I made throughout the project. We're very happy with the end result, but what I think is even more impressive, is that the project itself was overwhelmingly a positive experience because of Letitia's dedication and leadership. She identified the subs, oversaw the work, helped me with my budget and guided me in making my design choices. We also had some unique construction/design needs, for which she came up with creative solutions with which we are extremely pleased. On top of that, she was just incredibly gracious and lovely to work with the entire time. We enjoyed her immensely and are so happy with our new home!

My general contracting company has been lucky enough to work with her on numerous projects. Her ability to translate her vision to the workers in the field is amazing. I hope to do many more projects with Letitia.

My wife and I hired Letitia upon a recommendation from my brother. We could not have been happier with her work and the results. While our house was a newer home, and frankly I did not know what needed changing and help, the end result was so fantastic that our home now feels like ours and it feels like a brand new home. I recently remodeled my entire first floor with the help of Letitia Holloway, an amazing interior designer. Letitia helped me with every step of the process. An architect drew up plans for our kitchen and mudroom. Unfortunately the plans were not completed with the functionality we were looking for. Letitia analyzed the plans and redrew them into an amazing, and functional floor plan that our whole family is currently enjoying. Letitia provided help with the selections of sinks, faucets, handles, doors and a whole lot more. Her knowledge of all these products is exceptional. Her valuable insight into all the details from lighting, trim, and cabinetry gave our house the exact look we wanted. Letitia provided extraordinary support and guidance throughout the entire project. She stopped by to check the progress and workmanship often. Letitia helped manage the process by making many valuable suggestions to the contractor which were all implemented. Letitia was available for questions throughout the project and our house would not be the way it is today without the help and guidance Letitia provided.
