As a small practice we offer a personalized service from the first briefing to the final completion of the project. We understand that building or renovating for the first time can be a daunting prospect, but it is our role to help clients through the process. Chilton Architects designed a superb extension for our existing two storey character home. They also managed the 7 month project for us from start to finish. We had never done a home renovation on this scale before and, thanks to the meticulous planning and professionalism of Chilton Architects, all went smoothly and finished on time. We have enjoyed our extra space and unique design features every since. A few examples: Curved sliding pocket doors! Matching curved glass window! Perfect powder room! Drying cupboard!

We loved working with Chilton Architects on our new build in St Kilda East. Liz is responsive and very easy to work with. She is also not precious if you bring your own ideas to the table and direct in her feedback that is based on relevant and exstensive experience. We chose Liz Chilton to work with on our recent extension. The feel she had for our 1920's home gave us confidence that she would design a contemporary but empathetic extension, whilst respecting the feel of the original arts and crafts style. We are thrilled with the outcome and enjoyed working with Liz, her professionalism and expertise were ever present. She understood, respected and had a good feel for our ideas, (no matter how crazy they seemed) and her recommendations for appliances and fixtures were outstanding. We can highly recommend Chilton Architects.

Chilton Architects were engaged to redesign our kitchen and bathrooms as part of our home renovation. The work was carried out by Liz Chilton who provided us with concept plans initially followed by design drawings for construction purposes. We then engaged Liz to project manage the construction. Liz provided us with a concept that included our needs but had better functionality and aesthetics. Her attention to detail meant that the project was completed within the initial budget. We were very pleased with Liz's work.

Chilton Architects have admirably managed two renovations for me. Both were completed to my full satisfaction and price. Elizabeth was able to translate my ideas and needs to reality, made excellent suggestions for fixtures and finishes and was always available when building problems arose. I especially appreciated her sense of the practical.

We commissioned Liz to build two houses over fifteen years: the first to accommodate a large family in the suburbs and the second a townhouse to accommodate a couple. In both cases, Liz was able to understand quickly what our needs were and how we liked to live. Her design sense resonated with ours and we were delighted with the final product. コメント：render or not?Perhaps bagging the brickwork would be another idea. Not as expensive as render and you still have a faint outline of the bricks - more suitable for this style of house as it retains a surface texture...
