Ordered a custom designed closet. Wrong parts were shipped twice and they refused to send the proper size pieces required by the design. For the price we paid, we expected better service and general organization.

Ordered the Ultimate corner unit and it didn't even come with their namesake easy track rails. Unable to call them as they only are open M-F, and most people would be building this on their weekend. So we have to sit around all weekend with 9 boxes of panels until we can figure out why we didn't get tracks. Saw a post from someone else that this happened to recently so there is some serious QA issue going on.
