Project: Install New Roof. Mr. O'Keefe was patient, knowledgeable, and fair priced. I knew when I first talked to him that he was the right person for us. He made us feel comfortable and not stressed about the whole project. His guys were friendly and worked so hard. Our roof looks wonderful and we have already recommended him to friends. We would hire him again in a heartbeat.

Our entire experience with Steve has been fantastic. He was always on time, provided a quote on time, and always communicated quickly and thoroughly. I appreciated that he walked us through the entire process, recommended various products/solutions, and put together a quote to meet our needs. We had our entire roof replaced and part of the roof line corrected that was built crooked. His entire team showed up exactly at 7am and did a great job covering the property and yard to prevent damage. When we returned home after work, our roof was complete and looked amazing! They did a great job cleaning up and we have not found a single nail around the house, which is a big deal considering the amount of nails removed/applied during a roof installation! After dealing with so many other contractors, working with Steve was a breath of fresh air. One thing I appreciate about Steve is that he did not try to sell us more than we needed. Everyone has their preference in the type of vendor you deal with: a big one with a sales staff, installation/project staff, etc. or a guy a with a pickup who is on-site during your project. We prefer the latter because I often find that the sales people just want you to sign the contract and when you talk to the guy who is doing the installation, things change. Steve did the evaluation, quote, and the installation - there was nothing lost in translation. We would hire him again any time!

Steve was very professional. I found his pricing to be very fair and, in fact, he talked me out of some repairs because they were not necessary. On time, pleasant to work with and his crew was very efficient. I would definitely hire him again.

The contractor completed our roof and replaced a deck that was done very poorly the first time. They did an excellent job, was detail oriented, completed the job on time and on budget and came back to fix minor corrections without any hassle. Would hire and will hire again and recommend to anyone. Was very clear about how the job would be completed and offered tips as well to ensure the job was completed correctly and achieved the look we wanted. Made sure he obtained the correct materials and color as well.

2009-renovation of home which had rot and mildew. Construction of roof over deck area which required engineering plans, heavy beams. Removal of vinyl siding, old insulation; replace with wood shingles. Replace several windows, glass sliding doors. New custom front door with brass porthole and side lights. Ongoing - repair, maintenance, consultation as needed.

Excellent craftsmen ship honest reliable friendly. Gives very valued advice for age of my home. Would highly recommend Eagle Construction co.to any one interested in doing updates to home or new construction. Completed project in a timely fashion. Very fair with pricing I will be using this company again to repair damage from winter storms.
