She was a lovely person who came and gave us great suggestions for our new home. Given our windows have difficult lines, she had great suggestions. We love the results. We highly suggest using her as a consultant.

I'm a mess when it comes to picking out fabrics and second-guessing myself. Danielle was amazing at gauging my taste and taking me through the process of choosing the perfect window treatments. This is particularly exceptional since she was in L.A. and I was on the east coast and the whole thing was done virtually. Danielle is so easy to work with and even though some designers may be closer, I would definitely choose to work with her again.

Patient, knowledgeable, easy going, helpful... all those things and more. I enjoyed working with Danielle so much and will easily do so again if/when I need. I also can recommend her and do so without hesitation. She was in California and I was in DC, and we worked it all out virtually. I’ve done 5 window treatments with her by now, and some of those were complicated. She helped arrive at good decisions. Im fully satisfied with the results and very very grateful. Thank you!

I had a great experience with Danielle! She was prompt, knowledgeable and friendly! She patiently guided me to the right fabric choice (I looked at them all!) and I was really happy with the final fabric choice. Danielle provided options for shade upgrades during the quote process and explained everything in useful detail. I have used Smith & Noble before and would use them again, particularly after such a positive experience with Danielle.

I 1st met Danielle in September of last year. She came to my home were we discussed window treatments for a bedroom, leisure room, kitchen & living room. Our living/dining & kitchen is an open plan. I had thought of one fabric in the kitchen & something different in the living area but Danielle pointed out because of our particular plan it was best to choose one fabric for all. I knew I wanted a masculine look for the leisure room & something soothing in the bedroom. I also wanted to keep the white shades we already had. This led us to choosing a valance style window treatment. Danielle gave a few ideas as to how we could give each room a different look. We went with a single fold valance in the bedroom, a natural woven waterfall in the leisure room & a custom style in the open living space. I have to say Danielle had amazing patience as the fabric was the hardest part. There was no holding back on fabric samples as we picked & tweaked to suit both mine & my husbands taste. Price point worked well for us. To have someone come & do the measurements & explain the various options was a great relief to me. And the installation was fast & efficient. Danielle was focused, streamlined and made helpful suggestions that helped me get the blinds I needed efficiently from order to install. I have had such an issue with all the specific decisions and terminology that goes into blinds and it has stalled my orders - Danielle kept it simple and easy with information and guidance. I had delayed my project MONTHS until Danielle came and we got it done within an hour. And the order came / arrived perfectly, and was installed seemlessly.

I first met Danielle almost 2 years ago when she came to my house to help me design my window coverings. She helped me choose the fabrics for the drapes (we had 15 total windows!), the colors, and the types of coverings. I ended up with a mixture of fabric drapes for the larger windows, solar roller shades on the south facing side of the house, and honeycomb shades for the front door. Fast forward to now: I got in touch with her again recently to have several windows measured for additional solar roller shades. She came by the next day, measured, and we ordered the shades within 24 hours. She explained everything thoroughly. She was accessible and responded wuickly to my questions/concerns. I would highly recommend her.

Danielle is professional, calm, pleasant and knows her product. She helped design a series of shades for us which turned out beautiful, adding both privacy and style. Danielle was prompt, a good communicator, and she followed up with the installation, double checking on the order. I was very happy working with Danielle.

I was in the process of researching blinds and plantation shutters, getting estimates etc. when my daughter told me about her experience with Smith Noble and recommended them highly. How lucky was that! Danielle was prompt at her appointment time, made great recommendations and is a delight. I asked her to be present during the installation of my blinds and plantation shutters and, because my house is almost 100 years old, there were a few surprises but neither Danielle nor Rudy (The installer) were deterred.
