Hailie Thomas provided interior and exterior design for our home remodel. She interviewed us to learn about our style and taste, photographed and measured our home, and set about to select design options for us to review. This made the process so much simpler for us! Her taste was impeccable and she was always interested to hear what she could do to improve the budget, select alternative items, and keep us satisfied. She brought fresh ideas, good energy, and lots of detailed expertise to our project. She visited our home frequently during the remodel to make sure that the right products were being installed and that they we installed correctly. We hired Design VIM for a remodel of 3 bathrooms, entryway, and most recently for our kitchen, family room, and dining room. We were extremely impressed with Design VIM's knowledge, helpfulness, timeliness, and sincere interest in helping us achieve really stunning outcomes with universal appeal. We had never used a designer before, and now we would never not use this company for our remodel projects. I most liked that Hailie Thomas came to our house, took the time to listen to our tastes and needs, and then did all the legwork to bring us samples and options to select from in the lighting of our own home. They really work at tying everything together and are surprisingly affordable for what all they do. There are too many choices now for most of us to chase down and process.
