We saved one customer $1800 on 109 yards of the exact carpet that he priced at one of Colorado's most popular flooring stores. Customer Satisfaction and Service is extremely important to the owners as well as all our employees. Our company makes a special effort to ensure that our customers are happy with quality of work as well as the products that they receive. "We're not happy until YOU are happy." You can find us 80 miles Northeast of Denver on I-76 and trust us it's worth the drive.

Our in store experience was very good. The men who laid the carpet were great and did a very good job. We asked that a piece of carpet be saved for another purpose and a repair done elsewhere in our home. The carpet men knew nothing of either of these requests. The worst part was when individuals from the store called and told us to pay the remainder of the bill and were disrespectful. We had paid all but a tiny portion and felt accused of not paying. It became a negative experience for our family.

We are very sorry you feel this way. We did everything possible on our end to have that carpet saved for you. Unfortunately, the paperwork was left in the vehicle and by the time they read their note it was too late. He was hoping replacing it with another piece of carpet would be satisfactory.

As far as the phone call about payment sometimes the payment is not applied to the invoice right away and apparently it went unnoticed. It was not our intention to make anyone feel like we were accusing of non-payment. We really appreciate your business and sorry you had an unpleasant experience. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

I had new quartz countertops, backsplash and flooring for my kitchen purchased and installed through the Specialty Shoppe. All products were high quality and the installation was professionally completed. We were very happy with the entire process from help choosing the product, ordering, and installation. We feel fortunate to have quality products & expertise provided locally! We whole heartedly recommend the Specialty Shoppe !

We have had specialty shop lay flooring in our family room, kitchen, dining room, hallway, bathroom and 1 bedroom. The work is done on time and is done well. We will be having them do carpet in the near future. Wouldn’t have anyone else.

The Specilalty Shoppe did an excellant job for us. They were there when they said they would be, and the job was done profesionally, It was done quickly and at a resonable cost. I would recomend them to anyone.

Speaking for SS Investment, I would like to share that we are very happy with the level of professionalism we have received working with The Specialty Shop. We recently did a home upgrade and we were able to get quality materials from flooring to cupboards, backsplash and decorative tile, we received good advice about modern colors and trends. We are very satisfied.

The Specialty Shoppe has the best customer service!! we have worked with them on several occasions, being a construction company we have had the pleasure of working along side some of the best guys at the Specialty Shoppe. The ladies at the front are always kind and courteous. This company went above and beyond completing a job for us that we needed help with, they made sure we had all materials in a timely manner and always did a top notch job on any tile and countertop job we needed them for! we highly recommend the specialty shoppe for all your home needs.

I had just bought a house and it needed carpet. The Speciality Shoppe went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule. The installer that was used was amazing! You cannot see any seams at all.
