Had a problem with my AC Unit. after calling the Comfort Boys they sent out a technician within a couple days., The Technician Mathew did an outstanding job determining the problem and clean the HAVC unit .He determined the compressor was not working and had to order a new compressor. Mathew returned in 3 days with a new compressor and installed it in a very short time half hour and the AC was working great. Mathew knew exactly what he was doing did not waste any useless motions and was very efficient. If I ever have a problem with my HAVC unit I will definitely ask for Mathew.

Update: The company immediately reached out to me and made every effort to correct anything that I was displeased with. I have to say that I do have respect for anyone who will not just make excuses, but will step up and admit that there were misunderstandings on both sides and correct any issues or concerns that were unresolved. Very disappointing vent/duct cleaning experience. Companies policy for cleaning ducts, vents and coils consists of: spraying a can of coil cleaner on the coils and fogging the duct system with a "spray through process" claiming to kill bacteria, all taking less than one hour. NO removal or cleaning of vent registers or removal of dust/mold or debris. I was told that his is not a part of Comfort Boys vent cleaning service and is not necessary!!

Then I found Comfort Boys as my last chance to have some heat during that harsh time, I called them and a friendly staff answered the phone and set me an appointment for that very same day. I was surprised when the Owner came to diagnose my system and get everything running fine. With no doubt I recommend Comfort Boys to solve your A/C problems.

Comfort Boys replaced 2 complete a/c units at my home. During the follow-up inspection it was noticed that the filter units sold to me by the salesman were not installed, also some wiring wasn't complete. We scheduled for them to come out the following Friday morning to complete the work. On Friday no one showed up or called, when I called them, Letia said the parts have not been delivered to complete the work. So we rescheduled for Tuesday morning. By Tuesday afternoon, no one has showed up or called. I called the office, Letia said the parts still have not been delivered. So, I suggested that when the parts do arrive to call me and reschedule. She did and we rescheduled for Friday afternoon between 1 & 3pm. Friday at 3:15pm she calls to let me know no one will be coming, "can we reschedule". Three days I've stayed home from my job!

Highly recommended. Great, friendly staff, fantastic service. Purchased the AC unit, heater, duct replacement, added insulation. During the one-day installation, I noticed that the techs hardly spoke to one another. This indicated to me that every professional knew their precise assignments and got their jobs done in a timely and efficient manner. After obtaining several estimates, I'm very glad to have chosen Comfort Boys.

I am on a service plan. They failed to insure drip pans working properly and water seeped through ceiling. They installed a whole house dehumidifier but could never get it to to work. They made several failed attempts to get it to work. Refused to return calls and never called me when they committed to call. They agreed to refund and remove equipment. I asked for them to reverse credit card charge and they said they could not do that and would send me a check. Got confirmation check was sent but it has been over a week and still no check. Was told today that they would reverse the credit card charges by the end of the day today. Not done. They removed equipment but have not yet refunded my money.

I had Comfort Boys replace a 15 year old heat pump at my home. They installed a new Trane system. I am very happy with Comfort Boys. I have already told my friends and family about them. They are a very good company to work with.
