Fabulous fabulous fabulous job! Oscar and Stephen were great to work with! The painting crew was beyond expectations! Incredibly hardworking!!!!! They were precise with their work, very tidy with clean up each day, and little to no noise. We have puppies, so any noise sends them barking for days- our dogs were not bothered with the noise level. They were also great at meeting requests or last minute changes! Very accommodating!!! I will be using them again for our interior!!!! 5/5 stars!!!!!

In October 2017, 360 Painting of North Georgia painted the exterior of our house, and at first, it looked good. However, after less than three years, the paint failed on the trim below the roof line in several areas. I called the company to see what could be done, and on October 6, 2020, the owner, Rich Groark, and Drew, an employee, came out for an inspection. Rich took pictures of the affected areas and recorded details from the leftover paint containers. He said he'd consult with his Sherwin Williams representative and get back to me in a day or two. After eight days with no response, I called the company and left a message for Rich. No response. I called again on October 16 and was given Drew's cell phone number. My call wasn't returned. I called again on October 19, was given Rich's cell phone number, called and left a message, but again, no response. In summary, I paid this company over $4,900 for an exterior paint job that lasted less than three years, and gave them a chance to fix the problem, and they were unresponsive. I think that tells you all you need to know about 360 Painting of North Georgia.

360 did a great job painting our exterior and replacing siding and boards. There painters worked hard until everything was done. Our house looks wonderful. Thank you for a job well done.

360 Painting completed my entire 2600 sq ft interior this week--I now feel like I'm walking through a museum! The work quality was exceptional as was the crew & both owners, Richard & Peggy. Their bid software is elegant & their attitudes are quite professional--they want you to be happy at all costs. Despite several cats and two crazy cockapoos (who kept tearing up their butcher paper & running off with masking tape rolls), the crew cheerfully arrived on time & worked extremely hard--especially the crew leader, Umberto. They did the job right & fixed my terrible repairs (such as gluing a living room curtain rod up). Unlike a firm I used for the exterior last fall, RIchard & Peggy stopped by often to ck the work & responded very promptly to emails & phone calls when I had questions. Richard insisted we do oil-based prime--he was absolutely right as the colors shine 100% true to the S-W sample cards. While we had a few glitches , they were cheerfully corrected. I highly recommend 360 painting for any & all projects--due diligence, competence, craftsmanship, pricing, customer service. They have it all!

Let me start by saying that I don't normally post reviews. I tend to be very particular about who I hire and how my work gets done. I thoroughly research references. When possible I like to be engaged in overseeing the work to avoid any miscommunication. I found Rich and his team to be punctual, professional, procedural, proactive and conscientious throughout the entire process. Rich is just the friendliest and most personable guy; it was a joy doing business with him. He demonstrated care not only for our satisfaction in a job well done but shows a deep and trusting personal bond with all his crew. His pricing was competitive and attention to the details was prompt and accurate. We found some rot and made some changes mid project and found Rich and his team receptive and supportive of whatever it took to get the job done to our satisfaction. The icing on the cake was the thoroughness of the cleanup once the job was complete. These guys got the job done and all within the original time estimate despite the challenges that are inevitably encountered! I have no reservations at all, highly recommending them for whatever needs you may have.

I owned a similar company in Baltimore, Maryland and have learned much from how 360 Painting of North Georgia runs their business. They are extremely professional and truly at the top of the painiting game. Their estimates are thorough and accurate and the quality of work is exceptional. They truly are a stand-out in the field of painting contractors, both to colleagues and customers.

I really wanted to love these guys, sadly the end product was disappointing. The crew showed up 3 hours late, there were at least 15 "spots" I pointed out that needed fixing. The crew was friendly but absolutely chomping at the bit to leave. I felt very rushed with my final walk through. Plus everything is done freehand- along the wall of my upstairs (they painted the ceiling) was not a clean crisp line at all. The only reason I didn't have a heart attack is because I plan on painting the walls at a later date. Also, I'm pretty sure it says they will fill in nicks, or sand rough spots, etc for a clean finish and that was not done. It just looked sloppy to me. I had to go back and retouch a lot of the base boards myself. I don't recommend.

A justly deserved five star rating! Rich and his team are the easiest painting company I have ever worked with. From start to finish, they were incredibly helpful and responsive to any questions or concerns we had. But the proof is in the end result, and it is stunning. In the two weeks since 360 painting finished the work on the exterior of our home, we have received numerous compliments on the beautiful new exterior. We will definitely be calling 360 painting the next time we need painting and would whole-heartedly recommend them to anyone looking for painter!

I was very pleased with every aspect of the job from the thoroughness of the initial quote all the way through the final inspection of the work that was done. The crew was on time, the communication was timely and accurate, and the interest in doing a quality job was apparent in watching some of the work that was done as well as the end result. The clean-up at the end was complete and when replacing the screens on each window, they ensured each window went up and down - important after they are painted. Overall, I was very happy with the whole experience and I have no reservation in highly recommending them to friends and neighbors.

360 Painting painted my home this fall and they did an awesome job! They have painted several homes in our neighborhood and all of them look wonderful. They paid great attention to every detail and I am extremely pleased with the fresh look of the home! The 360 team, Orlin and Gersom were great. I highly recommend them for any project!

360 painting came out to paint the living room ceiling and walls plus the master bedroom ceiling. Rich's crew did a great job. They prepped the area and even fixed cosmetic damage from the house settling. I have received complements on the paint and the workmanship that was put into making my living room one of the focal points of the house. Rich was able to work within my timeline and finish the project on time. I will be hiring Rich and his crew again for more rooms in my house.

After deciding to have the entire inside of the house repainted after living in it for a number years, I contacted several painting services. Rich Groark responded the next day, and came out and gave us an estimate. I chose 360 Painting and would highly recommend them. Rich came out several times each day to check on the crew, and the crew could not have been more professional.They were prompt, efficient, skilled painters, and so incredibly neat. When they left each day, I could not believe how orderly they left the space I was living in while the house was prepared for the painting. They finished in the time frame Rich quoted, and I could not be happier. We have already asked Rich to give us a quote now for the exterior painting in the Spring. I will definitely use this company again for my painting needs and will gladly recommend 360 Painting and Rich Groark and his crew to anyone who needs interior painting done.
