They were able to complete the modifications on our house plans and give good advice and insight to help with some of our decisions. The house plans were completed in a timely manner and were they were very professional and prompt along the way.

Jessica Langlois was a pleasure to deal with, via email, about our detached garage plans. She was quickly able to address any and all concerns we had dealing with the modifications of a stock plan. In 2020 Drummond Homes helped us modify one of their existing plans to our specifications. They did an amazing job and the service was extraordinary. Unfortunately, we didn’t build our home that year due to COVID, and multiple lockdowns made us reconsider what we’d like in our forever home. Because of the excellent experience we had with Drummond, we decided to approach them about a custom house plan, based on the ideas we had for our home. They were incredible. They took exactly what we envisioned and put it on paper in a way we couldn’t. We are so happy with our custom house plans and can’t wait to start building this spring so we can bring it to life. About a year ago I decided to build my forever home on a piece of property up on Georgian Bay. I took to the internet to see if I could come up with a home that I could build and would in the end suit my needs and would also look outstanding on my lot. I came upon a A-Frame house that had everything I could want. I chose Drummond because they were Canadian and had a good reputation. I first off talked to a lady named Jessica Langlois who couldn't have been more accommadating. Jessica walk me thru the process and helped me make a few changes to the design. Once the decision was made, two months later I had a working set of plans that even a novitice could understand. I found the plans very well laid out and easy to understand and made me assured that I had picked the right house and the right designer for the job. I fould the cost of the final plans very reasonable and the cost to make any changes very reasonable as well. Jessica and the team were great to work with. Excellent communication and made sure everything was completed to my satisfaction. They even made sure to include the snow load for the roof.
