For more than 24 years, Robert Flansburg and his firm Dreamscapes Unlimited have been sculpting unique homes for clients throughout the country. Based in beautiful Saratoga Springs, New York, he has created hundreds of exquisite projects in the Lake George, Lake Placid and Saratoga Springs regions. With a keen eye for detail and a client focused philosophy, Robert is passionate about seeing the vision that is shared with a given client become a reality. Robert is well versed in all architectural styles, from traditional, to Mediterranean. He has designed one of the 15 largest homes in the country, including his record-breaking, 60,000-square-foot home in Saratoga Springs.

My wife and I met Bob Flansburg when we were looking for an architect to design our home that was lost to the Mechanicville tornado in 1998.He worked hand in hand and seamlessly with Teakwood Builders out of Saratoga to create our dream home. Twenty plus years later we live in the same home. Because of Bob’s foresight ,we still would not change a single design feature that he proposed over twenty years ago.The home has withstood the test of time. Working with Bob was such an easy and uncomplicated process. My husband and I had very little idea which direction we should go, and within a very short period of time Bob created a vision that we immediately loved. We had a few changes and Bob was accommodating and thorough with our requests. So many people warned that building a house can be such a headache, but our experience with Dreamscapes Unlimited proved it can be a lot of fun with the right professional!

Bob Flansberg has guided us in the right direction from the very start, He is probably the best architect in Saratoga. The word 'dreamscapes" describes what he has turned our Lake remodel job into. All the big builders he has worked for and keeps a low profile, but He is he best in the industry. if your looking to remodel, new build, or build a dream house then he is your guy. WE cannot say enough good about him,

We have had Mr. Flansburg do several projects for us. He designed our corporate office, home and this year an addition it our home. Bob Flansburg always brings new, fresh and a wow factor to every project. He always listens to what ideas you would like to incorporate and I have to say your ideas will be some maybe only a slight essence but it works.
