Over the years I have repeated contracted with John and his guys for renovation and restoration projects. There is no area of my house that does not reflect their detailed and meticulous work. John has consistently been able to transform my (sometimes unorthodox) ideas and drawings into concrete project plans, offering transformative improvement suggestions to enhance my visions while respecting my desires. My renovation ideas have sometimes been, as they say in the real estate world, “very specific,” meaning that most home buyers might find them odd. John has collaborated with me to make these visions work in the “real world.” The word that comes to mind when I think about my experiences with John and Dream Builders is trust. His reliability and professionalism is unparalleled. Whether he was completely renovating my kitchen and bathrooms, installing a new gas fireplace to replace my wood-burning fireplace, resurfacing my existing second story deck, stairs and downstairs patio or constructing a brand new front deck with lighting and landscaping, I knew that all of the work would be of the highest quality, with expert attention to detail. That same work ethic was applied to the more routine work as well – replacing all of my house’s windows and interior doors, painting rooms and adding trim, and installing lighting fixtures throughout. And when I had two emergency situations – living room ceiling damage due to ice, and flooding in my kitchen due to a malfunctioning dishwasher -- he quickly came to my assistance, assessing the damage and required repairs and working with my insurance company and with materials suppliers to make the repairs in a very timely fashion. I have returned to Dream Builders repeatedly for my projects because I know that I will be more than satisfied with the work and the end products. I very highly recommend John and Dream Builders.

We recently had a new shower built in our master bath by Dream Builders & Remodeling and we absolutely recommend them for their high quality work and professional customer service.
