Dracme Real Stone

I had a very good experience during purchase of Dracme Stone. I had a hard time to find this particular stone and Alisher helped me to locate it and show me pictures as well. He was very professional and polite. Suggested to me different options and gave to me some valuable suggestions. Stone was delivered in a good condition. I had a very positive experience with Dracme. At first, we were going to order manufacturered stone for around our fireplace and up to the ceiling, but once we saw the Dracme Sunset Gold stone in a fireplace store, we had to have it and it really wasn't very much more expensive than the manufactured stone, but it looks a million times better. Alicher, the sales rep at Dracme, was extremely responsive. He sent me high-resolution photos of the stone and then did some photo shopping with the Dracme stone to show us what our fireplace project would look like. This was very helpful. The stone is really beautiful and it totally transformed the room we had it installed in. The shipping time is faster than companies in the US even though the company is in Canada. We placed the order Monday morning and it was delivered to our doorstep on the Eastern Shore in Maryland the next evening (Tuesday evening). Incredible! I looked at tiles for another project with companies in the US and they all told me it would take 1-2 weeks to get the tiles....I would highly recommend Dracme stone.

I installed a gas insert in my home and spent a year trying to find the right surround design. I wanted something current , unique and affordable. Then I came upon Dracme Real Stone and knew it would be perfect for my home. I contacted the company directly and spoke to Alicher. He made the process very easy for me to select the stone / color type. He also helped me determine qty needed. I was very comfortable with the price of the stone. My mason was happy with the ease of install too. It looks really good and I would highly suggest Dracme real stone for indoor or outdoor stone design needs.
