DPAD | Duckworth Planning and Design

We have worked with Rob Duckworth (DPAD Limited) on all our design and planning requirements over a period of 5 years so far, and we will continue to work with him. Rob is a very personable and professional planning consultant with a wealth of knowledge on the National and Local planning policies. Furthermore, Rob has been able to provide sympathetic designs and layouts for our 200-year-old converted cow shed (permitted development rights removed), that has enhanced the property and allowed us to sympathetically develop the property to a very high standard home. Rob provides professional CAD drawings of our property and all the supporting documents necessary for the planning application. Rob will liaise with the relevant Planning Department as required, and we can safely say that we have always secured the planning we have required with no amendments by the planners. I expect that is due to the clarity of the drawings provided and the sensitive nature of the designs. We would fully recommend DPAD Limited for professional planning and design services.

Rob Duckworth was extremely helpful, professional and efficient in getting Retrospective Listed Building Consent for changes to our 1875 flat. He was also a pleasure to work it’s and I recommend him highly.
