Done Right Custom Painting

We used done right custom.painting to.paint the exterior of our home what a great experience . So then we hired them to painting paint our white woodwork looks like a brand new home. Sean was the formen on the job from start to finish . We will recommend them to everyone.

Last week, I scheduled and paid for the service via Amazon for Done Right Custom painting. The service was for the 10’X6’ bathroom. A relatively small job, but my mother paid for it as a Christmas gift. The work was scheduled to be performed on Monday between the hours of 8am-11am. I purchased the paint, and cleared out my bathroom over the weekend to make the process as painless as possible. I took the morning off from work to let them in and let them out once the job was done. On Monday, I sat around the house all morning waiting for a knock on the door or a phone call. After I didn’t receive any notification on Monday morning from Done Right Custom Painting, I called them around noon asking what happened and why I didn’t get called. They took my name, number, and said I’d receive a call very shortly. I waited until 4:30 and called them again stating that I never received a phone call. They promised me that they would look into it and have someone call me shortly. After 15 minutes, I received a call. The person stated that they that don’t take service calls from Amazon any longer because Amazon would only pay them once a month. I figured that if that is the case, they should contact Amazon and notify them to remove Done Right Custom Painting from the service list. They stated that they would be in my area on Wed(12/16/15) for another service call and they would be able to perform the work that afternoon between 1pm – 4pm. I said that I could make that work. I scheduled another half day off from work and waited for them to arrive. It is now 4:01pm on 12/16/15 and I haven’t seen or heard from them. I’m posting this on as many sites as possible to warn anyone about the horrible service Done Right Custom Painting as provided me and that you should use them at your own risk. I have wasted an entire day waiting around for them and I haven’t heard anything from them. Now I have to try to get a refund back from amazon for the service that was never performed.

Done Right Painting did a great job for us on our new home . They painted the woodwork white . Would use again
