We strive to satisfy every client's desires for their home resulting in what each client considers the perfect design to enhance their life. LOTUS has always had the philosophy of building a long-term relationship with our clients and not just a one-time project. Over the years, our extensive knowledge of building codes, construction techniques and realistic field conditions has made LOTUS a highly sought after company on scores of complicated commercial projects. Our commercial clients find that our attention to their needs and fast track scheduling has resulted in many projects both opening ahead of schedule and under budget. Our common sense approach to problem solving has led many clients to refer to LOTUS as a "breath of fresh air" in a sometimes difficult industry and business climate. Don Stevenson designed a BEAUTIFUL beach house in 2010 for us and now has completed the architectural plans for a larger beach house. We appreciated his creatiivity and professionalism.

Professional yet friendly guidance for several projects I had worked on, both for my personal use as well as my investments properties. Uses latest technology to visualize the end result and is on top of latest products. Great designs offered in what I want. Hence a great listener and application!

I have had the privilege of working with Don Stevenson at Don Stevenson Design many times over the past 15 years. He is both consummately professional and pleasant...two qualities that too often fail to overlap. Don is insightful and full of his own design ideas, but he has the capacity and desire to "hear the client". He is meticulous to a fault and always follows through. I used Don Stevenson Design for the architectural design as well as the interior design and furnishing of this 4,500 spec home constructed on the Moorings Golf Course in Naples, FL. The finish product came out better than we had expected. The attention to detail during the design as well as the construction and fit out stage of the product was professional in all respects. The general feel of the home is welcoming while it is unique enough to differentiate it from all of the other homes that our prospective buyers have to choose from. Don and his team was instrumental in selecting all colors, floorings, tile selections, stone selections, fixtures and other specialty items that truly make this home a showcase. I won't hesitate to use Don and his team again for any project that I am involved with in the Future
