Danny was absolutely incredible to work with from start to finish. He was on-site every single day and checked in with us regularly with updates. At the end of each day, he cleaned up the entire site and put all tools and supplies away. Danny is very meticulous and puts a lot of thought and detail into his projects. This was our first time renovating, so we were nervous and unsure of what to expect, but once we got started with Danny it was clear that he is an absolute pro and completed the project within budget and on time. Danny dedicates himself to each individual project and avoids juggling multiple priorities to ensure the build remains on schedule. Danny has a great network of specialists who also provided incredible support throughout our renovation. We have recommended Danny to our personal networks and cannot say enough good things about him to the Houzz community. We recently had 2 bathrooms renovated by 5150 Renovations. Danny was certainly a pleasure to deal with at every step. He was onsite promptly every day making himself available at any time for questions or concerns and directed his team smoothly ; all of whom were very considerate of our home during the renovation. Each day the site was left tidy and clean. He completed the work with precision and care and the results were better than we expected ! It is often stated that it is the little things that make the difference and with Danny he took great care and consideration of all of those for us. Danny just completed a full main floor reno for me. He was referred to me through another person and the day the reno started I knew I had a professional contractor and good business man working on my behalf. He was all business and didn't waste a minute. Danny is a productive person who takes a lot of pride in his work and is very detailed oriented. My house was his office for 5 weeks, he gave my family 100 % of his time and effort to make sure the job went as planned. Additionally, it was nice that I could still work while I had this huge job at my house and didn't worry at all as he dealt with all the details for me. We had an amazing experience with his work and the finished product is absolutely stunning. He turned my house into a work of art. I wrote this review for him because he deserves an applaud for his services. I would use him again without hesitation and have no concerns referring him to friends and family. He stayed at my house until I was 100% satisfied and left nothing at all behind or incomplete. He even cleaned up the house nicely. He really cares what his clients think of him. Thanks Danny!!!!

Working with 5150 Renovations exceeded all of our expectations. Danny was an absolute delight to work with. He was so patient with us, and really did everything to make sure we were happy with our renovations. Our house looks beautiful. Danny was very particular in making sure his work was seamless and perfect. Not only is he amazing at what he does, but he is probably one of the kindest people you could ever have working in your home.

My husband and I had been thinking about renovating our basement for a couple of years, and thanks to one conversation with a friend at work, I was referred to Danny at 5150 Renovations - and am so happy for it! We were well informed and well taken care of from our first meeting with Danny to talk about our vision for the project, to receiving a quote, to discussing and planning out how the weeks would progress, to the completion of the basement. No question or idea that we presented was turned away - Danny considered each and every one and provided thoughtful advice and feedback. He kept his teams on schedule each week and let me know ahead of time about days that may be noisy (as I was working from home throughout the whole reno). He also made sure that we knew the budget and timing for picking things out like our flooring, tiles, paint colours, etc, which also helped to keep the whole project on track. We love the finished product - it has opened up a lot more living space within our home, and I'm sure we will be hanging out downstairs for years to come as a family. I would definitely recommend Danny and his crew to anyone considering a renovation project!

Thanks to Danny, the owner of the company, my husband and I are very satisfied with our recent powder room renovation. Danny was very professional in all his dealings with us. He was punctual and reliable. He paid attention to details and came up with viable solutions when required. He cleaned up at the end of every day and was very helpful and cooperative. It was a pleasure to deal with him and his crew.

Danny completed the renovation of our basement, which included a bathroom, bedroom, walk in closet and an entertainment area, as well as remodelling our on suite shower and bathtub/shower in the kids bathroom Not only does every thing look amazing and was completed in a timely manner, Danny went above and beyond throughout the whole process. When we had an unexpected leak in the basement, Danny took the time to ensure this problem was solved properly and kept us on our timeline. He checked and double checked to ensure we will not have any issues in the future. Danny was at the work site every day, which is not something we have experienced in the past with contractors, and was involved in the Reno throughout the whole process. He was very hands on and kept us up to date day by day so we knew what was going on. He provided us support throughout making decisions and was a pleasure to have around during the 5-6 week process. We are extremely happy with the work completed and will really miss having Danny around!

We do not have enough good things to say about Danny and 5150 Renovations! Danny explained everything so thoroughly every step of the way. He gave us his recommendations and guided through our first renovation. He was extremely professional and accommodating during the process and answered any and all questions we had. Danny is an extremely reliable, professional and caring contractor. He makes you feel like your project is his only priority and he really listens to you. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone. He completed 2 full bathrooms for us and they turned out exactly as we had envisioned them. He cleaned up every night and we never felt like we were living in a construction zone. Also - he's just a really nice, fantastic person and became almost like another family member while working at our home. :)

Danny Marocco is an outstanding General Contractor. Our Laundry Room renovation/update was completed within budget and on time. Very punctual. His design and technical offerings/suggestions were just what we had envisioned. He is an extremely patient, caring listener, and can interpret what the client is envisioning! Noise and dust were minimal. His trades and suppliers are top notch and very reasonable. Danny does all the sourcing and suggestions and never proceeds without consultation. Daily updates are given. Such a pleasure to work with this contractor. He is the best at what he does and his rates are very reasonable. He is a true professional. We are extremely pleased to have found Danny Marocco and will be using him for all our future projects going forward.
