I hired Dluxe Construction to redo a garage ADU conversion. I found Anwar to be reliable and responsive to our needs. Anwar demonstrated a high degree of personal and professional integrity throughout the duration of the project. We would hire them again!

Dlux construction did a wonderful job on my kitchen remodel. They quoted a fair price and stuck to their bid. When minor problems arise they quickly addressed them and kept the project completion on time.

Dluxe put our house back together after water damage and subsequent full pipe replacement, and also put in a new standing shower. They were great to work with and improvised well when issues arose. Would highly recommend.

My wife and I did a large addition/kitchen remodel in 2022. Anwar and his team at Dluxe did a phenomenal job, finishing the project within days of the original estimated time (a 6 month project). Anwar is very detail oriented and from day 1, we felt that we had the right team working for us. Ours was not a simple project as we sit on a ridge, making many parts of the job a challenge. But Anwar, Oscar, Deanna and Bella were up to the task and a joy to deal with. We love the finished product. The Dluxe team stands behind their work and have never failed to follow up on the details. I recommended them to a friend and he has had the same experience, competency and professionalism are their trademarks. We highly recommend Dluxe Construction.

Anwar and his crew did an amazing job on our bathroom remodel. There were a couple adjustments we needed to make, but Anwar was on top of everything. Was very responsive, very receptive to feedback, made adjustments as necessary, and overall was a complete pro during the entire project. You can tell these guys stand behind their work. The results speak for themselves - the bathroom looks amazing, and we are very happy with the finished product. Would highly recommend these guys.

We hired Beisas to install a a master bathroom, refinish 100 year old hard wood floors that had years of paint and carpet covering them, and install new bedroom closets. Anwar understood what we were looking for helped map out a great bathroom design (adding more usable square footage). We couldn’t be happier with the results. The remodel has definitely helped add value to our property and we feel like we have a new Sanctuary within our home. Anwar’s team was very professional and respectful of our home. Communication was easy and I always received a timely response to calls or emails. I would, and have already, recommend Beisas Legacy to others.

Beisa's Legacy Construction has completed two projects on my home in the last month. The first was repair of a badly damaged steel roof due to a large tree falling across my house. It was difficult to find a contractor with experience with steel roofs and I am glad to have discovered them. The work was done promptly and to my complete satisfaction. The second job was rebuilding decks where large fir trees had impinged on them since they were built in 2003 and in refinishing them. Again, both tasks were done to my complete satisfaction. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to others.

They worked really hard on keeping everything dry and on schedule. Beisa's legacy Team is professional and very detail oriented. thanks Guys.

We used Beisa's Legacy Exteriors in the Spring of 2014 for a huge exterior home project. We redid our roof, siding, had a patio installed, and exterior paint. The experience was wonderful, We dealt with their owner, Anwar and loved him. He personally met with us on a number of occasions prior to the project started, worked within our price constraints, followed up by his team was professional and punctual their team did excellent work. They came in right where we hoped on price and have been very responsive throughout the bid process. Their work is outstanding and their customer service is top notch. Highly recommended.

The Beisa's Legacy team did a fantastic job on our project and I would not hesitate to hire them again. They came out to give us an estimate quickly and were able to start and finish our project with a reasonable timeline. Our project included everything: demo, framing, new electrical, new plumbing, new exterior siding, new windows and doors, and a full interior cosmetic overhaul. Anwar made sure to always meet my needs, answer my concerns, and to look out for me and my home whenever possible. He is very fair and honest. Everyone who worked at our house was friendly, hard-working, and trustworthy. His office staff did a great job communicating efficiently and often via email and phone. They did such a great job remodeling our home by adding next exterior siding, that we've already had people come by to ask if the house was for sale! Thank you Beisa's Legacy for the great work.

I'm about as skeptical as it comes to contractors, but Beisa's met my high expectations. From bid to start it only took 2 weeks while other contractors could not give me a time and we're scheduling for the summer. Not to mention his estimate was equal to the other contractors I had received bids from. Faced with very wet conditions Anwar's crew did an excellent job, in particular Bill one of his crew spent a better part of a week siding, Bill is very through, his work ethic and pride showed the entire week. When faced with problem or question Anwar or Bill called before proceeding and made it easy to trust them while not at home. I'm happy with the result and will refer them happily to friends and family.

The professionalism, integrity, and pride in workmanship sold us on Beisas Legacy Construction. They responded to all our requests and did a great job of making siding repairs and painting the exterior of our house.

Beisa's worked very hard to fit me into their schedule as early as possible. They were quick to add flashing under part of the siding - an extra request I made after they had started work. The crew was pleasant and attentive. I will recommend them and hire them again.

Tear-off of 20 yr old LP siding and install new Hardiplank Color-Plus siding. Crew was professional in handling all the challenges of the job. Finished product looks great! We were kept informed as work progressed. Workers' attitudes were positive though this job was done during very cold weather. Carpenters cleaned up all materials and scraps from the job site each day and were careful with landscaping. Four skylights and a door were replaced in addition to the siding job with no additional labor cost. Replaced a wall containing dry-rot with new sheathing. As a very detailed and conscientious homeowner, a couple areas to watch out for in hind-sight were the carefulness of the ladder handling against the gutters and roofing edges, and the carefulness in handling the electrical boxes and fixtures. Overall, job well done!

I hired Beisa's to pour concrete for a foundation for an addition, a walkway and some stairs. They were on time, easy to work with and professional. I can be a demanding customer and they were good natured and flexible. I would hire them in the future.

Anwar and his crew did some work for me on a small house addition. Included were foundation, framing, roofing, siding, and gutters. Anwar was available for conversation most anytime, and followed up promptly with work estimates. Although a small job, it was a bit complicated matching the new work to the old house. Any problems that came up he responded to and took care of. Overall I happy with the work and would hire Beisa Legacy again.

Beisas construction recently remolded our living room. They did a great job! I was most impressed with ability to provide timely and professional service on time and on budget. Not only did they get the work done to my high standards but they were a pleasure to have in our house during construction. I will definitely use them again!

Beisas came in to my house and turned in to my home (I love it ) I had the bets experience I could of remodeling my house and adding a bedroom . The keep their word on everything and under budget . Anwar the owner is such a sweet ,responsible ,organized and hard working person ,that I was amazed with his sense of organization and skills . I can only say after dealing with about 10 different contractors before ,Beisas legacy it's a totally different experience I'm glad they are in Bussisness .

Beisas has done a number of projects for me, primarily concrete work, including a very long driveway with built-in drainage, retaining walls and sidewalk work. Most recently they removed an old cyclone fence and put in a nice wood fence with retaining wall. Their work is always excellent. They are always on schedule, very pleasant workers, and the price is right! I would not hesitate to hire them again!
