We ordered a Luca Gloss White kitchen and beech worktop through DIY Kitchens. It all arrived on the specified day. The units are very sturdy and well made. The worktop is 40mm thick. We are very pleased with the look and quality of the kitchen. We purchased a CDA double electric oven and CDA induction hob. These have recently been fitted but have been very easy to use. It's the first time I have cooked with electric, so really pleased with those and they look lovely, too. The pre-sales and after-sales teams have been excellent with their advise and help. We would thoroughly recommend this company.

We brought a kitchen in Luca white gloss and in part heron grey and we have been really impressed with the quality of the kitchen units. Yes, it is a bit more hassle than just getting a company to design and fit it for you but there is a big saving and the result is worth the effort. Remember that end and back panels are expensive especially if you need large gloss ones like we did. If you are on a budget make sure you work out how many you will need and add them to your basket to work out the final cost. Their showroom in Pontefract is well worth a visit.

This would have been a 5* review but for the problem with ordering a mantle that was not supplied with cornice as shown in the details diagram, and nowhere on the site was it mentioned that it was not supplied. It has cost me a further £36 in delivery to get the extra cornice and delayed finish of the kitchen.

Having researched lots of companies for our new kitchen, we came across DIY Kitchens from other reviews and decided to give them a go. We're really pleased we did - very good quality units at competitive prices. The showroom is well worth a visit and the customer service was excellent. No pushy salespeople, but enough staff around to ask for help and go through any questions. They don't offer a design service, but we sent some sketches to them in advance and they created a 'shopping list' of items you're likely to need for your kitchen (including all panels, cornices, pelmets etc.) On our visit to the showroom, we had some designs done elsewhere and they were able to check to make sure we had all we needed before ordering. The delivery can be late at night, but we were aware of that and prepared accordingly. The kitchen arrived in very good condition with no issues. During the kitchen fit itself, we needed a few extra soft close mechanisms and after a quick phone call, these arrived the next day. Overall, we very pleased and have already recommended DIY Kitchens to friends.

I have used DIY Kitchens for 3 projects now. Our Kitchen and Study at our own house and a new Kitchen for an elderly relative that I undertook. The kitchens supplied are of excellent quality and as good as all (and much better than most) of the suppliers I have looked at. But beyond that it is the service which puts them top of my go to list. Ordering a kitchen is a simple process. The online store is easy to use with genuine clear pricing of every individual unit (and options) so you can easily compare different design scenarios. There are no 50% Off Ends Friday offers! Once you have finalised what you want, it is so easy to order the kitchen. Lead times and delivery dates are shown before you order. The aftersales support is exceptional. I’ve had a few minor issues which were dealt with by the support team immediately and where I needed a replacement part it was received next day! Can’t fault them. If I need to do another kitchen, I won’t even bother looking at other suppliers.

Fantastic experience from start to finish I initially planned my kitchen online and found that DIY Kitchens offered the easiest to use tools online to do this, more so than other, more ‘well known’ retailers After planning I visited the showroom with my kitchen fitter to finalise my order and double check the colours/finishes required. Again, everything was so simple... I placed the order while I was there and DIY Kitchens came back to me with a couple of suggestions as what I’d ordered didn’t quite match up and offered great advice Finally, delivery was spot on. The guys put the stuff exactly where it was needed and arrived on the day and at the time booked A brilliant experience, would wholeheartedly recommend anyone who is designing their own kitchen

We visited the showroom in Yorkshire which was a good idea as we ended up buying a different kitchen to the one we liked online. The showroom was good, we had a detailed look and there was no high pressure sales pitch. At the time anyway there was no online design tool, so deciding and checking exactly what to order took a long time, and the minimum order value is quite high so it is not possible to just order a few more units if you get it wrong. ( But you can order doors or small parts of trim etc with a reasonable delivery price. Delivery was better than expected. They said block out two days, but actually they told us reasonably accurately in advance. There were a number of minor issues and missing parts with the order but they were resolved quickly. The on-line ticketing system for order issues worked well, so I did not spend time on the phone. The quality of the units looks quite good. We bought painted MDF doors. They have been in for close to a year now with no obvious signs of wear. I fitted it myself which took longer than I expected, and I bought a continuous rail on which to hang the wall units from elsewhere - this was much easier to fit than the small brackets supplied. Generally, I am really pleased with the kitchen, and it looks much more expensive than it was.

DIY kitchens are a brilliant company to get your kitchen from. It’s worth visiting their amazing showroom if you can as it gave us lots of ideas on different colour schemes and ways of placing alternative worktops together for an impactful kitchen. The quality of the finished kitchen units is great and my builder, who hadn’t come across DIY Kitchens previously was really impressed, and he has really high standards! The units come fully assembled and are very strong. So you will save money on your builder time too as he puts your kitchen together!

Great website. Very clear and informative with all the detail we needed to design our kitchen. Delivery was fine and on time with just one blanking plate arriving by separate courier a few days later. Build quality is fantastic, solid and ready built to a high spec. Very easy to fit for a competent DIYer. All drawers and doors operate perfectly.

I ordered my kitchen through DIY Kitchens in August 2018. It arrived promptly (within the advertised time frame), my entire order was delivered without any damage and all required components at the correct specification. The quality is great. Very sturdy units, great finish and easy to install. My only criticisms would be: The double oven cabinet aperture is much larger than any standard oven and comes with a panel that seemed to require me to build a frame for the oven to sit on correctly. The edge banding on the doors is good overall but if you look up-close in areas you can see bits of the wood underneath. I used a black wax polish to stain the wood and the problem is solved. For the money the quality cant be beaten. Great customer service as well!
