Stephen and his staff have relieved an immense burden from our shoulders during our house re-modeling. From laying out the steps, to scheduling out visits, to just making sure we get what we want, DDA always has us in their best interest. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and their services to anyone looking for architectural or remodeling. Big thumbs up!

Hired Diversified from a Houzz recommendation and we couldn't have been more satisfied. Steve and his team did a great job in creating our vision. They made the process very easy. Also, they were punctual and easy to work with. In addition, extremely accommodating when it came to any modifications or changes. Would highly recommend Diversified for any of your remodeling or construction needs.

You guys were amazing. Not knowing what to expect with construction and what plans we wanted or what would work for our family, the choices you gave us were exactly what we were looking for and we picked the one that was perfect and made minor changes to the plans to fit our needs. Stephen Scheibly was recommended by a friend who had recently remodeled their home. I needed an Architect for a major home renovation. After meeting Stephen for the first time, I chose him based on his professionalism, attention to detail, vision, integrity, knowledge, and my lifelong ability to see if someone is FOS. Stephen was always pleasant to deal with and was always very accommodating. Stephen also dealt on my behalf with the town to obtain any permits and made numerous site visits to check on the project. He was always available, even when off duty. It was a pleasure working with Stephen Scheibly and Diversified Design Associates. I would recommend him anytime…every time.

I had the pleasure of working with Steve Scheibly of Diversified Design Assoc. Architects on a recent remodel/refresh of my house. I was extremely pleased with how the project was handled from the very beginning. Steve is a wonderful person to work with. He listens, offers advice, uses his vast network of contractors and suppliers, and is always accessible. He is very talented and his attention to detail is exceptional. Steve kept me up to date on all of the work details and the financials. He was on site throughout the project and handled every detail. I give Steve and Diversified Design Assoc. We have been very pleased with the design and support we received from Diversified Design. The renovation we envisioned for our home was embraced by Diversified's Stephen Scheibly and he brought it to a level of design and quality that we now enjoy every day. Stephen's team introduced many new ideas into the design that accommodated the complex structural challenges and enhanced the living space and the flows from room to room. Diversified has been always very responsive and have been willing to be on-site to solve issues during the construction phase. The drawing sets produced by the team were well thought out and provided ample construction guidance when needed. We wholeheartedly recommend the architectural services of Diversified Design. It been a pleasure working with their team and we will not hesitate to call on them again for our next project.

Stephen Scheibly and his team are amazing!!!!! I could not have asked for a smoother experience. Stephen totally understood the direction we wanted to go in. He does not push his ideas on you. He takes the time to listen to your ideas and comes up with designs that not only accommodate your ideas but work within your budget. He was always available and happy to show us his current projects. I also got the chance to speak to other clients of his...they all raves about him and the quality of his work. Have yet to hear one negative comment. That says a lot. Truly a great experience!! Highly recommend him!

Can't say enough about Steve and the team at DDA. From his first visit to the day we got our permit to begin construction Steve was always right there to answer our (numerous) questions and concerns. His design fits our personality perfectly. He went continually went above and beyond to get our project started on the right foot, even making I don't know how many trips to town hall on our behalf. DDA = Rockstars.

Steve was excellent to work with. He was the only architect we met with that was thoughtful about design, space use, function etc. And providing our design with an optimization of function and use as we needed it. We hired him to completely redesign our main floor including new kitchen, bath, dining and living room. He transformed the space from closed off and awkwardly non-functional to an excellent functioning and thoughtful design. He took a high amount of care and diligence in speaking with us, discussing and ultimately designing and redesigning as necessary. He was extremely friendly, informative and highly knowledgeable. I would recommend Steve and his firm to anyone looking for design and architectural plans!!

I am at the beginning of a complete home renovation and have been working with Steve Scheibly and Diversified Design Associates since day 1. Steve is patient, responsive, has a great eye for design and function and is a wonderful architect. We hired him after several friends and family members worked with him for similar projects and highly recommended him and Diversified. We have had the opportunity to see the work done on those projects and were very impressed by the detail, thoughtfulness and sophistication demonstrated by the final design. We highly recommend Steve and Diversified!

コメント：House coloursThe cedar siding is Maibec painted in Benjamin Moore Crownsville Gray (HC-106). We do not have a record of the trim color that was chosen.

コメント：POLL: Do you use cookbooks?I don't often use cookbooks these days. My go to is Cooking Light Magazine. There are a plethora of fantastic recipes. Most of which are quick enough for a weeknight meal!
