I highly recommend DiCarlo Upholstery. The workmanship is impeccable, and the business is trustworthy. I own a 50-year old Adrian Pearsall Craft Associates living room set. The pieces were becoming threadbare and in need of an overhaul. I knew this would be a big investment not just financially but emotionally as well. I wanted to be sure my furniture would be in good hands. I was more than pleased with DiCarlo Upholstery. Eddie DiCarlo and his team take great pride in their work as they should. My furniture was not only in need of new fabric. Due to age and wear and tear, Eddie stripped the furniture down to its wood skeleton and rebuilt the pieces. The workmanship is even better now than when they were new in the 1960s. For instance, when the original chairs were turned upside down, you could see the manufacturer cut cost by using plywood for parts of the chair not usually seen. Eddie created a black covering so only the walnut is visible. Now the underside of the chair is as handsome as the chair itself. The original chair had subtle piping that was a feature I enjoyed. I was worried that I would lose that when re-upholstered, but Eddie and his team were able to recreate the same stylish look. Also when I chose the fabric for the barrel-backed chairs, I never thought about the challenge working with a grid kind of pattern would present. Eddie made it work. He updated me by texting a video and photos of the process to ensure I was happy with his work. Doing business with Eddie and his entire team is a pleasure. I could not ask for a better experience. My furniture looks amazing and I am a very satisfied customer.

I have an 8+ foot couch that had not had the upholstery changed in over 20 years. I now have a beautiful blue couch with fine fabric and beautiful upholstery job.

We had Eddie reupholster 2 club chairs that were at least 17 years old. They were chairs we loved, but were worn tired and worn. He replaced the seat cushions and completely updated the look of the chairs. They came out amazing and we couldn't be happier!
