Old school professional. Excellent workmanship and attention to detail. Started off as a small bathroom remodel and morphed into a full blown construction project. Replaced all windows and doors with impact rated ones. Added two car addition to existing garage. Removed stairs and constructed ramp down to the dock. Completely rebuilt perimeter wall. I intend to use them for a kitchen remodel in the near future and any other projects. They are the kind of craftsmen that you just hand the keys to and walk away knowing it will be right when you get back.

These are one of the best construction companies I have worked with (and I have had several over the course of the house projects). It is a family run business that stands behind their product. The sons are the ones who are actually doing the work and dont depend on sub-contractors for everything!. They show up on time and when scheduled. They are professional and clean up after themselves on a daily basis (something you would think is standard, but in my experience, is not). They even go above and beyond and suggest improvements that you might not have thought of. All of their sub contractors are professional and very respectful (and good). They were recommended from a friend and would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to have excellent craftsman work.

Led by the GC; Steve Diapoules, they get the job done the way you want it, in the time that was agreed to, and for the price in their bid. Steve manages the job, leads the sub - contractors, and when needed is a hands on worker setting the pace for everyone else. We have done several projects with Diapoules & Sons Construction, the most extensive being a complete kitchen renovation. Diapoules & Sons Construction were competitive and honest bidders. They were on target with their bid and there were no cost overruns. They are very knowledgeable, organized, timely and efficient. They used excellent Craftsmen for beautiful tile work, carpentry and painting. Diapoules & Sons were very responsive to any questions or concerns that occurred. They provided follow up after completion of the project. We have also used Diapoules & Sons Construction to renovate three bathrooms, a porch, and to install hurricane windows. We find their honesty, knowledge and business integrity refreshing and give them the highest of recommendations!
