Chateau Fine Homes

We found our home when we were looking at resell houses in the neighborhood. One day, we stopped to look at it and my wife liked the quality of construction, spaciousness of the rooms, and the LARGE soaker tub in the master bath. We had our realtor obtain information for us, but after two weeks decided to look at homes by ourselves. One day when I was driving by I saw a worker and stopped to asked him some questions. Kyle Beard, the main man in charge of the building, was the guy I ended up talking to. He proceeded to ask us questions about what would be important for us and what our needs were. After that, Kyle recommended a home that he thought would be a good fit for us and we started to fall in love. For me, the 3 car garage was a bonus. Kyle had already picked out the material which was great, it meant less decisions for me. The blend of colors he chose go well together. I had always wanted wood flooring and I am happy to say that I do now. We did have a few ripples along the way, nothing major, but who doesn't, what matters is in the end we ended up agreeing and everything worked out. After having the last two of our homes built, this one is the best and the builder is wonderful to work with. My wife loves her big tub and kitchen. We would definitely purchase from Chateau Fine Homes again.
