I hired Paul to design and manage a residential construction project in Toronto. Paul was very enthusiastic and eager to come up with a design that was both functional and unique in it’s design. Paul was very knowledgeable when it came to different codes that would have to be met. He also had really good suggestions when it came to some of the different materials that could be used. I would definitely recommend using Paul for your next project. He was honest, reliable, and trustworthy throughout the project. He was able to manage expectations and walked me through the permit process with the city. Couldn’t be happier with the end result, and would definitely use him again in the future.

De Sousa Designs did a Fantastic job on our 2nd Floor Master Ensuite addition design. Paul was willing to work with us through several design concepts and design iterations until we were completely happy with the design. Paul really listened to us and worked with in a very collaborative way. We sailed through the municipal permitting and Inspection processes which was largely due to the quality and completeness of the design drawings prepared by De Sousa Designs. I would not hesitate recommending De Sousa Designs to anyone looking to plan a major residential construction project or addition.

Paul is a lovely person and a good architect. He was very thorough in helping us with our house plans, anticipating issues, sitting down and explaining them, and discussing options. I would recommend him to anyone who wants to renovate or reconstruct their homes.

Hired de souse designs for architectural work/drawings to be done as well as gaining permit permission - Paul was not only knowledgeable but fast and efficient taking the project from start to finish and following up on all details - very pleased with work, cost and outcome - recommend him to you all.

de sousa designs is fast, very knowledgable and great to work with! The designs we received were detailed thoroughly and very clearly presented. In fact, the builder on this project commented he had never seen drawings so nice to read in his career. Aside from great drawings, de sousa designs was a liaison with the city for permit research and submittal and did an excellent job and persevered though some difficult requirements like a pro. We would highly recommend de sousa designs to others.

I hired De Sousa designs for designing my home renovations . The project was approx. $300000.00 The company did an excellent job. From drawings to getting permit from city , coordinating things between different professionals was done with great professionalism. Things were completed on time . I am very greatful to Mr Paul De Sousa for the wonderful job he did for me. Dr S. Sandhu. Brampton.
