Our in house design team will help you select the best materials for any project. We will record all selections and samples, allowing you to truly decide what is best. We can provide delivery to the Northeast Ohio area with any of our delivery trucks. All of our natural stone and quartz selections are kept indoors at our facility in Westlake. If there is something unique you are looking for, we can use our network of resources, to locate it. We understand that choosing the right counter top for your project can be a difficult task. There are many different options of natural stone and quartz available. It’s important to know the pro’s and con’s of each option. Below is a brief description of what we have available. Please remember that we have a talented design staff that can help answer any additional questions or concerns that may arise.

Design Surfaces will scam you if you have problems with a product. They will not stand behind the products they sell. An obvious manufacturer defect is ignored and blamed on installation error. Shop elsewhere if you value your time and money.

Design Surfaces used to be the place to go for tile and granite on the westside of Cleveland, but not anymore. Their customer service is horrible. I have had three unacceptable experiences with them over the last three months. The attitude of the front office/sale workers is horrible. I felt as if I was bothering them and they did not offer to help in anyway. They stayed in the office or behind the desk. They do not welcome you they wait for you to go to them and they still don't acknowledge you. They stare at you waiting for you to speak. The tone and attitude is like no other that I have ever experienced. Such a shame because 10 years ago when we renovated our first home, the staff at that time was amazing.
