The kitchen is the engine of the home, but we can also help make it the heart and the soul. We can make your living area come to life with bespoke fitted units and features. We can create a whole bedroom, a walk-in wardrobe, or even just bespoke shelving units to suit your needs. We can even design a lighting system to help accentuate your favourite interior features. Design Interiors was officially founded on January 26th, 1987 when Michael was able to base his newly created kitchen company in Brighton based department store Hanningtons. This was the home of Design Interiors until Hanningtons closed down in 2001. They moved to their Hove showroom shortly after, and two years later opened another shop in Haywards Heath. 14 years down the line in 2017, Design Interiors still operates from these two locations.

Thank you so much to the brilliant team at the Hove branch for delivering yet another stunning design & expert installation, and not for the first time. The main kitchen (Davenport) is superb! Everything was seamless. The design lived up to my high expectations and beyond. The fitters were as efficient, clean, tidy, polite & friendly as usual. The cleverly designed additional utility kitchen (Leicht) has also exceeded expectations. Having used Design Interiors for many years now (which speaks volumes as a very fussy client), and several kitchens later, I never cease to be amazed by the ability to deliver the wow factor! As an observation employing your own highly trained and professional fitting staff (and for many years) is a testament to the overall quality and professionalism of the company.

This is our 2nd kitchen Design Interiors have fitted for us. Like the first we are delighted with the end result. Charlie from the Haywards Heath branch worked on the design, he was very helpful, knowledgeable, patient! and visited the house on quite a few occasions to ensure we were quite clear with his proposed plans and was more than willing to listen to our suggestions and if necessary adapt his design. The product is of an excellent quality and the fitters led by Neil were first class. The owner, Mike also kept in contact and visited us during the work. Lindsey, from their office regularly communicated with us to update us on start time and other issues. A good team effort and I would certainly recommend this company.

This is the second kitchen we have had designed and installed by Design Interiors over a 15 year period. That speaks for itself! Friendly, professional and experienced. The few minor issues were dealt with quickly and with little fuss by Timothy. The fitters, both for the kitchen cupboards and the stone counter tops were skilled. The Quooker tap that also provides sparkling water may have been a step too far but we are enjoying the clutter less worktops! We were also having new windows and a heated floor fitted along with the moving of a door into the kitchen! All the various workers coordinated brilliantly. It took a while from design to completion but we are extremely happy!

This is our second kitchen designed by Design Interiors. Noel did a great job following our design ideas for our new home as well as giving us recommendations for best use of the space, materials and appliances. He patiently followed through during the year long project and came to check and measure onsite as and when required. The kitchen was finally fitted after almost a year. It took a little longer to get delivery all the appliances and complete the installation but we are thrilled with the outcome. It is as we imagined it and a great place to cook and entertain. Thank you to the team for a great job!

A first class team from start to finish. I required storage in my apartment, the design team suggested a floor to ceiling double unit behind a door in the lounge area which was effectively dead space and 2 double units in the hall. It’s made a huge difference giving me the additional storage I so needed. The quality and finish is excellent and the fitters were so professional. From start to finish Mike and his team have been amazing! I went in with a rough idea and they took the time to explain the benefits of altering my plans slightly and moving eg the utility room to a different area. The results are fantastic and we are completely blown away by the end result. Thank you to the whole team, I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Brilliant customer service very pleased with the kitchen ,the appliances are very good ,the design has given us more space ,also the fitter’s where very good always left the place so tidy you didn’t know they had been by the end of the day ,so could say very pleased.
