There are many cautionary tales about hiring home builders in this area. I began by doing extensive interviews with three builders to whom I had been referred but all of them left me with considerable doubt. Fortunately, I found Roberto Valencia of the Design Group in Brownsville Texas. It was a complicated project with specialty mold proof non-toxic materials and Roberto was very hands-on. I am very happy with the result and can recommend Roberto without reservation.

It was a big job with many subcontractors. It also was a complex job, from both an architectural and an engineering standpoint. The planning, design, and end result were all outstanding; and 692 DesignGroup spent a lot of time working with me throughout the project. I only give a rating of 5 for perfection and, in this instance, some of the subcontractors did not receive sufficient supervision, so I had to ask for some things to be redone with more care than they were done on the first occasion. The firm was always understanding, and redid everything until I was fully satisfied. I strongly endorse this firm, and I will engage it again when I need the kind of services that they provide.

We wanted to combine a beach escape with a family home and Roberto Valencia was able to merge the two ideas and came up with the build of our home. Very professional and a wonderful experience for the build. Highly recommended.

Mr Roberto Valencia is extremely professional and a good listener. He listened to all of my needs and remembered them when it came time for him to draw out a design. He remodeled a home for us at South Padre Island that was completed within the estimated time. He also followed up whenever there was a concern. I would highly recommend his design and building company and plan to use him/them in the near future.

We hired DesignGroup 692 in 2008 for a major remodeling of our house. We lived in a one story, US home. Demolition, foundation reinforcement, and building a beautiful 2 story house was done in the best possible way. No hassle! Honesty, promptness, and professionalism was the package offered by DesignGroup 692 and we couldn't be happier. After a year, we bought a small condo and DesignGroup 692 remodeled it for us. The old, congested place we bought is transformed to a modern, and functional place with many build-ins for storage! Great use of space! We highly recommend DesignGroup 692.

We have been in our home for four years and are very fortunate to have had such a reliable, experienced, and dependable contractor /company to build our home. Design group took the time to help us design our home since day one and made recommendations as needed to help us create the dream home we wanted for our family. We were involved every step of the way with no surprises. Our contractor was out at the site every single day. We receive endless compliments on our home and are so gracious for having it. Even after all of these years, our contractor/architect- Roberto Valencia, still takes time from his busy schedule to meet with us when we call him for advice or typical house maintenance questions. We could not be happier. They built a great home for us and we wouldn't change a thing about it today.

Start to finish, Mr. Valencia is a true professional. He hires a great group of people to accomplish his building needs. Our home was built and delivered within 60 days. To this day, we love our home and can attest to the great workmanship that went into building our home. Mr. Valencia is easy to work with and caters very well to the needs of his clients.

I hired DesignGroup 692 for the design and construction of my new home. Roberto Valencia was highly recommended by several people and i appreciated his modern thought process and his concern for the environment and energy conservation. He is extremely knowledgable and when unfamiliar with a certain method, he has been very resourceful in finding a solution. DesignGroup 692, employees and subcontractors have maintained a high level of professionalism and have followed through with their committment in a timely and effective manner. I was amazed to see 10 to 15 workers at the job site on a daily basis! I have been very impressed with DesignGroup 692 since the start of the project and am sure i will continue to be impressed right through to the finish.

コメント：Hi, can you please tell me what tile was used?Daltile , You have to find what they have in production. This was in 2017, Tile factories change styles, colors and sizes every season. Hard to find the same tile. Work with your vendor.
