I have had Gary from Designer Walls and More to do my cloakroom and en-suite in my previous property. The work was first class. All the fittings, tiles, etc were of the highest quality. We could not fault his work. We moved house and decided that we would renovate our en-suite and bathroom. We had no hesitation in asking Gary to quote for the work. We had the bath removed and replaced with a wet room. We were not disappointed with the result. It looks great. Everyone we have shown it too have been impressed with quality of the work. Gary also upgraded our en-suite which we are highly pleased with. Yes I would not hesitate again in asking Gary for a quote.

Gary and his team had done a fantastic job on replacing our bathroom in 2012 so when my parents needed a new bathroom and asked me who should do the work, I did not hesitate to contact Gary. My parents wanted their existing bathroom refurbishing for cosmetic reasons but also, as they are in their mid-70s, wanted a bathroom that would serve their longer term needs. Key to meeting the latter was replacing the shower over the bath set up with a walk-in shower. My parents were finding it increasing difficult to climb into the bath to access the shower and were concerned that they could potentially fall whilst doing so. From the start of the project to the end, Gary was amazing. He carefully talked my parents though the different design options that were open to them and was incredibly sensitive to their specific requirements. For example, my parents wanted ''grab handles'' fitted in the shower space but did not want something that was aesthetically unpleasing. Gary abated their concerns, by showing them ''grab handles'' that were incredibly attractive and did not actually look like a functional piece of equipment. This was very important to maintaining my parents sense of pride and I do not think that many people would show Gary's sense of emotional intelligence in dealing with this sort of issue. Gary's design ideas are innovative and yet practical. My parents also appreciated the clarity of his written quotation which made all costs transparent to them. With regards completion of the project, Gary and the team were steadfast in sticking to the deadlines they set out. My parents appreciated the team's professionalism when they were working on the bathroom and cannot praise them enough for this. The finished bathroom has transformed my parents' lives. They are over the moon that their new bathroom is so gorgeous in terms of the quality of the furniture fitted and the tiling but also feel that they have a shower that will be safe for them to use moving forward in their lives. The fact that the walk-in shower is much safer for my parents to use means that my brother and I also have peace of mind as we were quite worried about them using the old shower unit. A big ''thank you'' to Gary and the team from the whole family for doing an incredible job.

From start to finish Gary was available with advice on all aspects. He and his team always turned up exactly when they said they would and were always very professional and did the jib to a very high standard. I love my new bathroom and is exactly what I wanted. I would absolutely go back to get my other bathrooms done.

We had our en-suite completed by Gary and his team. We were very pleased with the results and how the bathroom looks. We have used Gary before for our bathroom in our old house, so definitely didn’t hesitate to use him again. Gary understood our vision and helped with a lot of the fixtures and fittings to get the overall, perfect look we wanted. Nothing was a problem for them, and we will saving up for our next project which, I will definitely ask Gary to do.

Used this company on 3 previous occasions. Asked Gary to quote for a new fitted bathroom. The brief was: a sharp looking bathroom that’s still going to look great in 10 years. Without doubt we do indeed have sharp looking bathroom that will, I’m sure, still look great for many years to come. The attention to detail made all the difference. As usual, the team turned up on the specified date and time and completed the work with minimal disruption. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone requiring quality, professional work.
