An acquaintance referred me to Dee Ann Design after she had a complete renovation of her home done by Dee Ann. I know how particular this person is and knew Dee Ann Design would be perfect for my home renovation. Dee Ann's expertise in design and decoration created a comfortable home for me and my family that is great for relaxing and entertaining. From our discussions she individualized every aspect of the design to meet my visions. Incredible design elements, on budget and deadlines resulted in a successful transformation of my boring home. The crews she worked with were all very professional, talented and meticulous leaving no detail unfinished. Emails and conversation were always a pleasure and there were no surprises! I will contract Dee Ann Design to do more work and always tell my friends...She is awesome!

How do I love Dee Ann Design....let me count the ways. I thought I could design my living room. I know what I like, have cut out soo many magazine pages, know my style. But, I realized, working with Dee Ann, there are so many details, shades of white (literally), etc. that even though I have "good taste " and a good idea of what I wanted, I could not have accomplished my love-of-my-life living room without her. Dee Ann's years of experience shine through in her professionalism, exceptional taste, trained eye, knowledge and relationships with sources, craftsman, fabric, color, floor plan...and, most importantly for me, achieving the overall look and feel I wanted. Dee Ann Federico combines a wonderful design sensibility, outstanding product knowledge and a wonderful sense of humor to make working with her company a great experience. I hired her immediately after I bought a beautiful mid-rise condominium in Las Vegas, Nevada as my design consultant. Dee Ann took a blank space and made it into a beautiful, comfortable yet elegant showplace. She bought all the furniture, oversaw the painters as well as design and installation of the window treatments. With her color palette, she amazingly used color and shape to bring the exterior views into the interior living space.

Dee Ann is a true professional...I have used her services on and off for several years. She truly understands our vision from the beginning through the completion of the project. The most recent project was a re-do of our kitchen, master bedroom and en-suite bathroom. The end result was beyond our expectations. She created spaces that were warm, elegant and inviting. I took a liking to Dee Ann at our first meeting. Her purpose is to help you achieve your goal. I have never used a decorator before so didn't know what to expect. Now, when people come into my home they comment on how everything goes together. There are many unique (at least to me) things that catch your attention. It was also wonderful how she stayed within my budget. I enjoy my home so much more now thanks to Dee Ann.

Letter of Recommendation for Dee Ann Federico Date: August 9, 2014 Project Description: Complete renovation and design of the main floor; i.e., kitchen, dining room, and living room into one “great room”. Dee Ann’s role and responsibilities: - Serve as the Interior designer and Project Manager, - recommend sub-contractors, vendors, & suppliers, manage & adhere to client’s budget and time table. Project Development and Personal Comments: Super-storm Sandy struck when phase #1 of the project, the demolition, was completed. The great room, at that point, had no interior walls, insulation, or heat and we lost electricity for 12 days. As Project Manager Dee Ann worked tirelessly to lessen the impact of the storm and kept the project moving forward. She did this by minimizing delays and keeping sub contractors, manufacturers and suppliers on task. On a personal note, her compassion and constant assistance during this very difficult time was not anticipated but hugely appreciated. We would, without hesitation, highly recommend Dee Ann Federico. She has an abundance of knowledge and experience. As a professional she knows how and when to best utilize her network of resources to meet the needs and requirements of the project. She is energetic, goes the extra mile, interacts consistently throughout the project, stays focused on task and always moves forward. Her interpersonal skills are excellent, enabling her to listen to her client’s expectations while interjecting her ideas. I recently had the good fortune of working alongside DeeAnn on the "Home Is Where The Heart Is" Designer Showhouse. She is a very talented designer, who is at ease mixing textures, colors and finishes to achieve a cohesive space. Her dedication to the project was paramount and the finished product was truly stunning!

Dee Ann helped me turn an 80's basement into a beautifully functional home theater with separate children's playroom and bar/kitchen. She also helped me with the remodel of a family bathroom. She is knowledgeable, resourceful and professional. Working with her was a pleasure and I will, and have, called upon her with all my design questions and ideas.
