Decor 2 Ur Door

Terrible customer service. I ordered a standard duvet, sham, and insert. This wasn’t anything custom made just standard. I received the merchandise and although the receipt stated what I ordered, the product was the wrong size. I called to ask how to return the product for the correct sod e because there wasn’t anything included in the shipment explaining how to return the item. When I called, the lady told me it couldn’t be returned even though it stated that it could on the website. SHE SAID THAT TO ME!!! I couldn’t believe it! So, I am stuck with merchandise that is not what I ordered and is the wrong size and it’s not even great quality! Do not order from this company.
