Sam did our back decking and a small bench seat out front. He is so easy to work with and helped us plan out the deck and stairs. We ended up with a beautiful set of decks with interlinking stairs. It was a pretty fiddly job with picture frame type decking, multiple platforms and stairs but Sam made it perfectly square and level and his workmanship is excellent. From start to finish I was given a Building time line,(6 months) a quote, which was more than reasonable, what would happen and when, completion date and all the relevant documentation, certificates and permits. the workmanship was excellent and very professional.
