We were so delighted to have had the opportunity to share the journey with Andrea right from the start for our house extension project. It was such a fun and enjoyable experience for something others would have said the opposite. Andrea has helped us from the initial understanding of the concept of our house extension project, to tirelessly and patiently multiple revisions, to designing the perfect layout, to educating us with right amount of information to provide our input, to finalizing the interior design with optimum satisfaction. Her taste level is stunning and quietly has influenced us to look for solutions without rushing, to think details and longevity. Andrea from D’Cruz Design Group was outstanding! We undertook a complete home renovation and Andrea understood from the get go, that we didn’t want cookie cutter matchy matchy, as we have collected many different styles over many years. Andrea worked with our existing art and some furniture pieces we wanted keep and bought it all together. Plus she selected the most amazing stone, tiles, carpet, fabric, Andrea designed the most beautiful bathrooms that are functional and decadent, Our small laundry has been transformed with good design and storage plus it’s beautiful too! Andrea totally changed our kitchen layout and selected finishes that are practical and luxurious. She also designed numerous pieces of furniture. Our architect and builders also found Andrea professional to work with and also loved her designs. My husband and I had strong ideas on what I wanted and when we would suggest a change or select furniture she was always supportive. Andrea was a dream to work with. In short our home is amazing and Andrea had a huge role in making it so. I highly recommend D’Cruz Design Group

We have engaged D'Cruz Design Group on 2 separate occasions. Andrea has provided unique ideas to overcome our layout challenges and completely transform our home. She completely understood what we were looking to achieve to come up with ideas we would never have imagined, providing functionality and also looked amazing. We came across Andrea after a bad experience with another architect engaged to enhance our special house - a historic function centre that was adapted to a residence. And are we glad we switched to her. The subtlety and elegance of her design suggestions, the vision behind each little detail, and most importantly the humility with which she makes suggestions that were almost always accepted by us after a lot of reasoning on our part, made working with her an absolute joy. Andrea is an exceptional designer with fantastic communication skills. Would recommend her any day especially if you have an unusual architectural project at hand!

D'Cruz Design undertook 2 projects for me in 2021. One being a complete renovation of my parents ensuite and the other a significant extension to my family home. Andrea redesigned our townhouse floorplan to make it more open plan, light and family friendly. She is super patient, collaborative and offered invaluable advice on how to achieve what we want within budget. Andrea is approachable and a superb communicator. We worked on a Pinterest mood board to help identify what kitchen design and colours I preferred. We looked through many different samples and options to narrow down the choice. Her calm approach makes the decision making process super easy. Thanks Andrea!

Andrea has been a dream to work with and I don't think I would have made it to this point without her. She has been my sounding board for this project and has guided me with wisdom and patience. I highly recommend contacting Andrea to discuss your project and needs. We interviewed several designers who were all frankly a little too precious and intent on making their statement with our budget regardless of if we liked their ideas or it suited our needs. Not so with Andrea. Andrea gave me her suggestions, opinions and advice but never made me feel like my final decision was an insult to her skills. Using an interior designer might seem like it's a bit "bougie" but it's an investment well worth the expense. Andrea has helped me pull together a cohesive scheme from the myriad of samples I'd collected but had no idea what do to with. She has made our home, our biggest investment by far, become something beautiful that still reflects our tastes. Thanks Andrea!

It is the best decision we made to get Andrea to help to design our lovely place. Andrea's attention to details, and her rich experience and phenomenal insight were superb impressive. Her design was able to reflect our personalities, and sometimes even bold that we were surprised at the time looking at them but in the end enjoyed and embraced that design. Our bathroom design was one of the examples, the wall tiles and the floor tiles may not looked compatible in the first place but at the time it finished it really made a great difference and made it a special place. Also, her design of our supporting pole is also the highlight. As from the structure point of view, in order to open our kitchen, some supporting structure is needed. But she turned that supporting structure into a beautiful decoration. In conclusion, we were nothin but impressive and happy with Andrea's design, her help on selection of materials and meeting our various requirements. We highly recommend Andrea's services!

Andrea’s calm and organised approach is definitely the best thing about her work. She works with the client and does not push her own agenda, although if necessary, she will nudge diplomatically. My own imperfectly expressed wishes were vividly brought to life by her choice of colour and texture. Importantly, she worked very well with my builder Mark, including fixing my mistakes without fuss. The final result of their work, a floor to ceiling re-do of my apartment, has wowed my friends and far exceeded my expectations. Finally but not least, is that she is a very nice person. Although I commenced the project with some trepidation iy has definitely been a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️experience to work with Andrea and so I can’t recommend her highly enough.

Andrea assisted in the interior design aspects of the demolition and rebuild of our apartment.
