DBGC is a design oriented residential construction company working exclusively on high end, architectural projects. We are licensed in California as a General Contractor, Lic. 1009448 and a design oriented builder with a focus on Contemporary and Modern residences. Our projects include ground up residences, historic preservation and restoration of mid-century modern homes, and remodels. All work is performed at the high end of the quality spectrum. Our in-house design team and project managers work together to develop and implement innovative solutions to traditional design and construction methodologies. Our company was founded in 2002 by Dave Binder, our CEO and Executive Project Manager. Dave has been focused on quality high end work since beginning his career as a builder in 2001. He is a hands on person, skilled in many of the building trades and has a keen eye for detail and a strong sense of how to do things right the first time. Dave has grown the company to 25 full time employees, consisting of project managers, project engineers, superintendents, journeyman carpenters, cabinet and furniture makers, masons and laborers of all skill levels.
