Trudy has guided us through three major renovations over the years as our family grew up, married and multiplied. It was wonderful that everyone wanted to come home and Trudy helped us make enough space for all, including a large kitchen for our legion of cooks. With each project, Trudy was respectful of our budget, brought light and openness into each room, had a wonderful rapport with the subcontractors and was on the job coaxing us (and sometimes them) through the chaos! She takes joy in her work and is hardworking, creative and simply fun to work with!

We contracted for a renovation design for our master bathroom. Trudi provided her expertise in planning and decorating our project. She escorted me to many businesses in order to choose products needed for the renovation. She also hired contractors to install tile, countertops and glass shower doors. Because my husband wanted to be involved as much as possible, Trudi worked with us to allow this to happen. We have been very pleased with the designs, coordination and products chosen for our bathroom renovation.

Trudy has been an amazing help to me for the past 7 years. She is a partner in design. I rely on her sense of color and design in every respect. She helps me pick out fabrics, lighting fixtures, hang art work, whatever I need. She also understands the building process and made excellent changes to our architect's plans and then worked with our contractor, who was very impressed by her skills. She works beautifully with fabrics. I highly recommend her to anyone who would like assistance in design.

Design of large two car garage and nice mudroom. Also landscape design with Japanese style. I found working with Trudy to be a delightful experience. She listens intelligently. She is flexible and was willing to redesign until my wife and I loved what she produced. She recommended a contractor who exceeded our expectations. We love the finished product. Trudy of Daybreak Designs remodeled our kitchen. She spent time with us to understand what we wanted to achieve from the remodel. We discussed what would be stored in each cabinet to ensure that we would be installing the correct size and type of cabinet. Trudy's knowledge of all of the products that are available allows her to offer suggestions along with combinations of products to satisfy form and function requirements. Trudy has the eye of an artist to pull together textures, form and colors. Trudy did all of this while keeping in mind our budget. We were so pleased with the kitchen remodel we hired Trudy to update two bathrooms and options for wall color and flooring for the family room.
