"We are thrilled with the exceptional work and outcome the Davidson Remodeling team delivered during our recent home remodel. The project completely transformed our main level, including the kitchen, dining area, powder room, and flooring throughout. Right from the start, they demonstrated a deep understanding of our functional and stylistic preferences. Davidson Remodeling has just closed an ADU garage conversion project at my home and this team seems to have done skilled work. With a growing family to accommodate, I decided to use a carport for the vehicle cover and this allowed me to explore possibilities of converting this spot into a residential zone. However, I only had ideas but lacked execution skills and so needed professional help. Based on the recommendation of a friend I appointed them for the project and they delivered work just the way, I wanted. They first addressed the out-of-code work and then improved flooring & insulation to make this place livable. It is hard to believe that this spot is an erstwhile car parking zone. I am thankful to them and would be telling everyone good things about this company.

Davidson Remodeling has done some superb work converting my idle garage into an office space. The conversion was not easy because the space had water intrusion problems and needed more upgrades. The flooring had to be improved and an insulation upgrade was necessary. They understood my needs and then took up the execution challenges. They executed the work professionally and presented me with a comfortable space to meet clients. They have impressed me and I will be saying good things regarding this company to everyone.

I told them what I needed and am happy to say that they have incorporated just the changes. They have done away with the dingy look for this space and included more storage. We hired Davidson Remodeling for major renovations to our home including creating a master suite, remodeling the kitchen, and adding a laundry room and second bath. From the beginning of the process they were extremely responsive, getting me an accurate quote quickly and following up often. Our project manager, Jerry, listened to my ideas and made helpful suggestions based on what was realistic and the scope of work. We were not living in the home during the remodel and we had a new baby, so we were unable to be present while most of the work was completed. Jerry always kept me informed and answered all of my questions. We felt like we could trust him and the other contractors completely. Jerry took care of all of the planning and permitting required to ensure that our remodel was done correctly and to code. Jerry also had suggestions for where to buy tile and fixtures with a discount. We are extremely pleased with the careful work that was completed in our home and will be using Jerry for other improvement projects in the future.

We were looking for a contractor to completely remodel our 2 bedroom spaces with their respective baths to give our home a modern look. Literally, our first phase of our general home renovation journey. We met with few different companies but after meeting with Jerry from Davidson Remodeling. Jerry gave us great recommandatons that showed us their experiences. He was also very clear with the quotes and what is included and what is not. They were able to work with our budget as it was very important, also they provided 100% dedication for fast and perfect completion. They helped us pull all the necessary permits as well as made sure everything is done by legal expectations and community standards. Project was finished within our timeline, earlier than predicted, and the spaces looked even before all work was done. My family are really pleased with the finishes, design and quality of work. We especially really like the bathroom finishes. It was very easy communicate with Jerry, which of course made easy to understand the designs, improvements and the construction process. Also the communication between the team was very well coordinated. We would definitely recommend Davidson Remodeling to everyone is looking to remodel their home.

We are giving Davidson Remodeling five stars for our modern home transformation! We had Jonathan and his crew remodel our master bathroom completely. We are really happy and satisfied. The job wasn't an average bathroom remodel, because we needed to push a wall out two feet, and also raise the ceiling. It was a big & messy job. Davidson Remodeling crew where absolutely top notch. They paid attention to the details, were able to fit our requirements and open to changes we made along the construction. The designer & architect are great with creative ideas and suggestions, all the while keeping the budget under control. Now we get lots compliments on our bathroom. Our interaction to Davidson Remodeling was quite a coincidence, since we had been looking at making a total kitchen transformation for 3 months. We were looking for a reliable and experienced kitchen contractor online when I came across Davidson Remodeling's Houzz profile and loved their portfolio. Fate has a magical way of presenting opportunities.... so I took down the phone number and called them. An appointment with Michael, the project manager was set up for the next day. We were impressed with his promptness and knowledge on kitchen layout, size, dimensions, as she suggested cabinet removals and island additions. He took detailed measurements and days later presented a computerized layout of a brand new kitchen design. On our next appointment to discuss the project design details, we were greeted with professionalism and a smiles, as together with his team, they showed us three kitchen options on display. They explained the differences between modern, transitional and traditional kitchen styles, while guiding us through the benefits of each kitchen display. I was impressed with her knowledge of cabinet quality, color schemes, design details, directing me towards my final style choice, as they continually asked us questions about my style preferences. Everything went as planned, on time and budget. Every updates were taken care of to our full satisfaction and in timely manner. The team care about the company reputation and customer needs. Reasonable prices, great service, highly recommended!

We could not be happier with the outstanding job Davidson Remodeling did in the remodel of our Master Bathroom. Jerry designed ideas that turned out better than we could have imagined. He worked with us on design, colors, tiles and every little detail. They also installed our new appliances, toilet, oven vent hood, replumbed the house. Top class professionals, dedicated, extremely polished work and these guys go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. It Was a pleasure to have these contractors in my home. his team did a fantastic job, on budget and on time. He was the best team coordinator we have ever delt with. We met with Jerry and we were fascinated when he showed us his past projects of kitchens, bathrooms and other remodeling projects. After our meeting with him, we decided to hire him for our kitchen and bathrooms remodeling project. We wanted to have a large open space that can be also as an entertainment center with large kitchen where we can host all of our friends, family and guests who visit our house often. Their ideas and recommendations were totally to the point. Jerry understood our vision very fast and after he showed us what he would like to do with the potential space, we fell in love with that and we signed the contract of the work. Jerry was able to merge the kitchen into the floor space and now that the kitchen is finished, it become the best kitchen to spend time in like we have never had before. The kitchen was finished on time and in stunning condition. We also remodeled the bathrooms at the house and they also came out much nicer than we imagined. We would recommend Davidson Remodeling for any remodeling work for anyone.

Decided to finally update my kitchen after thirty plus years and couldn't have been happier with the results. The staff at Davidson Remodeling was a dream to work with from my initial contact with Jerry during the design and preparation phase, to all the sub-contractors that entered our home. To a person they were professional and collaborative on the smallest details. We were comfortable with every craftsmen who entered our home. I credit much of the success of our project to having Jerry. His exacting standards exceeded my highest expectations. A calm and responsive problem solver, he kept me informed every step of the way and was such a pleasure to work with. Having a published schedule was a great tool to know exactly who would be working on our project and what days they would be there. My full kitchen replacement was finished on time. I cannot say enough good things about Eli and his team at Davidson Remodeling. This was my first time buying a new construction and despite all the horror stories I have heard about building a new house, working with Eli was an overwhelming positive experience. Everything we agreed upon pretty much came through exactly how we discussed, there were not any big surprises during the process and in many ways Eli went above and beyond simply because he wanted to build the best house possible. It is rare to find, but this was truly a case of someone under promising and over delivering. On top of all that, the house is spectacular. You can obviously tell the guys at Davidson Remodeling take a tremendous amount of pride in their work.
