Dave Viggiano Residential Architect

We have known Dave for a number of years and found him to be a wonderful resource for intelligent design from a simple porch addition to a full house remodel. He is a good listener and in doing so develops client-centric solutions. We would recommend him with confidence.

I worked with Dave one of his projects in Solano County in 2014. Dave was very confidently relaxed and at ease in this particular environment. A house flipper had completed work, but just not gone far enough in his scope and not been up market enough in the results. Dave saw the opportunity to significantly change and upgrade the interior living space to take advantage of the home's views, and then thought ouside the box in his effort to increase the home's garage spaces and access with a terrifically engineered solution. Dave has a great eye for detail, not wanting to make a change or improvement (wider front steps for instance) if it doesn't make sense with the period of the house or the neighborhood connectedness of the project. Friendly guy who has a great sense of humor too,.

Dave inspired smaller cabin designs for the community I represent and really understood what the clients (buyers) were looking for. We not only survived the real estate downturn but were in a position to deliver to the market what was needed and wanted, and have one of the fastest growing communities in the West.
