Dave completed an addition / remodel of our home in 2016. He added a master bed/bath suite, remodeled another two rooms, and created an indoor laundry room for us. Dave took care to manage the work of his employees and contractors in such a way that our family of five was able to comfortably live in the house during the remodel. Dave's keen eye for detail and helpful suggestions along the way resulted in us deciding to make a few small changes to the plan that ended up being key to cleanly integrating the remodel with the rest of the house. Best of all, even with a few changes, the project came in on budget with no surprises. Dave gets my strong recommendation as a builder / designer. He is hands-on in all areas, something we really appreciated. And the quality of the work in the end is superb.

Dave is professional, thorough and fairly priced. He has so much knowledge regarding home repairs and construction. No corners were cut. We had a great experience and look forward to working with him again.

The job consisted of building a garage/studio plus renovating an antique beach cottage. The work was completed on time, within budget, and of the highest quality. There were changes in the architectural/structural plans that were made without any major scheduling conflicts. As the job progressed, he and his associates also suggested various custom changes in the finish work. These changes fit in very well the island décor and have received many compliments over the years. Mr. Kupec and his associates were courteous and most attentive to the cleanliness of the property at all times. Mr. Kupec also handled the Nantucket permitting process which is the most stringent in the state of Massachusetts.

Dave has worked on numerous projects for us over the past decade spanning from a guest/pool house in Miami, outdoor Ipe decking and grill area to custom furniture in our Colorado home. He also is great dealing with A/V and technology to improve your house. His attention to detail and quality is very high. In addition, he's very creative. I would highly recommend Dave Kupec.

Dave helped design and completely remodeled my master bath, refinished hardwood floors throughout my home, supervised extensive interior painting including kitchen cabinets, and installed a home theater system. The professionalism and quality of work of Dave and his crew were first rate.
