We contacted Laurie upon a friend's recommendation and could not be more thankful! She was fantastic to work with, patient in helping us decide, and a highly knowledgeable resource for all our questions. Most importantly for our project, she showed a tremendous eye not only for kitchen design, but for how a home should flow. We had drawn hundreds of possible floor plans yet with her first sample drawings she designed a home that we could instantly see was superior. She was then able to listen and incorporate our suggestions as we refined the design. She helped with directing us to vendors and kept us on task and on schedule. Finally, she was conscientious throughout the construction process in communicating with the builder and helping to ensure that the final product was what we had hoped for. We are thrilled with our home and could not recommend Laurie higher!

Dave and Lori are rock stars in my book! they took such great care helping us realize what we wanted in our kitchen. They were always available to answer any questions we had and were there every step of the way. We now have the kitchen of our dreams.

Dave is an absolute gentleman and he was a pleasure to work with on our kitchen design as well as the layout of a guest suite and powder room. This is our second major kitchen remodel and, unlike on our other project, Dave did not disappear as soon as the cabinets were delivered and paid for. Dave continually checked in with us and the carpenters to make sure everything went as expected and he was available to tweak the design when necessitated by the age of our house. Dave and Laurie went above and beyond to help us replace our kitchen. Professional, very knowledgeable and thoughtful, they helped us through the design and installation process, following up to ensure all was accomplished to our satisfaction. Their suggestions of where to purchase appliances, glass, and our counters were exactly what we wanted - they listened! The quality of their products were exceptional, but their customer service far surpassed that!! We’d give them 10 stars if we could!

Laurie and Dave made my kitchen our favorite room in our house. They are both detail oriented, have amazing designing eyes and provide stunning and quality cabinetry that is able to hold up to even my busy family's use.

We are thrilled with our project, which was an entire first floor remodel. Laurie spent a great deal of time with us determining what we wanted and figuring out how best we could achieve our goals and stay within the budget that we had set. She created wonderful plans for us and was always available to answer questions and give us advice. This was our first kitchen renovation so we needed a lot of guidance! She and Dave both are very professional and had great ideas and suggestions and were always considerate of our price points. Dave was onsite when our cabinets were delivered and Laurie was instrumental in working with our contractor throughout the project - they also had a great relationship and we never experienced any difficulties - quite the opposite, it was a fun and exciting time. We love our Brookhaven cabinets - the quality is top notch and everything turned out even better than we could have imagined. Our Family has spent the past 2 years completely renovating an 1830's home in Cohasset, MA. Dave and Laurie partnered with us to make our vision a reality. An amazing chef's kitchen, three and a half baths and laundry room - that's a lot of cabinetry and design. Throughout the entire process, Dave and Laurie provided great options customized to our personal aesthetic, creative problem solving and attention to detail. Always collaborative and responsive, our new friends made the experience enjoyable (as it should be). I had aging problem due to the original manufactures design. After 17 years from the date of the initial installation, Dave and Laurie quickly resolved the manufactures design problem with a retrofit kit under warranty. The owner even came out to my house and helped with the installation. You can't find that type of service from any big box store! Dave even helped adjusting a few of the other cabinet doors. Excellent service, professionalism and follow through from the owners! I would recommend Fay's Fine Cabinetry again and again.

My wife and I recently completed a kitchen renovation with the guidance of Laurie and Dave from Fay's Cabinetry. Our expectations are high and our demands are even higher --- that being said, we cannot recommend anyone more highly. Laurie was extremely professional, patient, organized, and detailed oriented while always following our style and aesthetics in incorporating the final design. She worked closely with our contractor and subs and we always felt the most comfortable when she was involved in the planning and layout with the various contractors involved. Laurie was exceptionally responsive --- often responding immediately to questions we had and text we sent; we would often receive pdf sketches, CAD drawings with thoughts and ideas which we appreciated. From the moment we stepped into their beautifully comfortable showroom, we knew we were in expert professional hands as Dave and Laurie guided us through the measurement and design of our Wood-Mode cherry cabinetry along with the selection of a sink, faucet and granite countertops. Dave and Laurie worked aptly together to create a smooth design, product integration and installation process making the entire procedure so much easier for us. My wife and I interviewed most of the top kitchen design firms in the southern NH area. In the end, most could not find a path to change the fundamentals of our kitchen layout and pushed a simple replacement of what we had. Not what we wanted and not what we were going to spend $100,000 + for. Post and Beam houses are difficult, Laurie came in and understood what we were trying to do and put concepts on the table that made it clear we found the correct person. Laurie is an Architect by training and understands more difficult concepts and it showed, she is also a perfectionist which I really liked. In addition to Fay's skill set in design, Laurie and Dave work hand in hand with our Interior designer to make our selections work and to tailored our cabinets to the room and our selections. When we had a few minor quality issues with the cabinets, there were no questions they stepped in and resolved the issues. Great people, very professional and very talented, I would use them again in a heart beat.
