Prestige is the best contractor we’ve worked with so far! They stand behind their work, and take pride in the end results. They are honest and trustworthy, which is huge in the building industry. If there is an issue, rest assure, they’ll handle it. The outdoor living, is spectacular. Larry and Kevin are the best to work with, they are in the middle of everything and always available. Their communication and updates keep you in the loop, so you’re never guessing what’s going on with your project. Dave has a wonderful thing going. He has a very well ran company and is on top of it all. If you are in the market for a pool, or anything construction related, call these guys. You won’t be disappointed!

We LOVE, LOVE, LOVE our new kitchen by Prestige Builders! They made the remodeling process as painless as possible by staying on top of things and delivering exactly what they promised. David made sure all our questions were answered up front and the designs were what we wanted before work began. Phil was onsite everyday the workman were here and made sure things were going smoothly. We couldn't be happier with their work and highly recommend them.

We have built several homes. Working with Prestige was the most pleasant experience ever! They are professional, competent, flexible and fair. We purchased our current home as a resale, and Prestige finished our lower level. They were so easy to work with. The home is now nine years old, and we have never had one single problem with anything!

My wife and I signed to build with Dave Ernst and Prestige on July 12, 2015 and signed off on the plans a month later. We were told the house would be done in January 2015 and we would break ground in a week. That was the beginning of the endless supply of empty promises provided to us by Dave. A couple more of these promises include: a double framing crew to make up some time and an extended warranty paid for by him for our troubles. I have emails and texts of countless others. Dave set up a weekly call with us to update us on the progress on timeline. A call in which he never made on time. He informed us the time was not good for him, we changed the time, and he still wasn’t able to make the call. He’s not responsive to text, email, or phone call. It would sometimes be more than a week for him to answer one of our methods of contacting him. I waited so long to write this review because I wanted to wait until the house was completed to give a fair and accurate review. I want to be clear that we do not have any issue with the house itself. Prestige did build us a beautiful home, but the process definitely left us regretting our decision to use them. A year after signing on with Dave Ernst and Prestige and the house has yet to be completed. He is already over the 60 days provided by the contract to finish the punch list after close. My wife recently gave birth to our first child. At the house closing, I specifically stated I did not want the build to drag out after our child’s birth. Dave Ernst looked me in the eyes and told my wife and I that it would be done before she is born (empty promise). I would not recommend building with Dave Ernst and Prestige. My wife and I will be finishing our basement in the near future. I will not be contacting Dave Ernst and Prestige to finish it. Even with the discounted rate he “promised” us. -Rodney Gaines

Since closing we have had a few instances where things needed to be repaired or adjusted during the first year of occupancy. So far, we are very satisfied with their responses both in timeliness and quality of work performed.
