I specialize in designing, developing, and rehabilitating properties. My clients range from homeowners wanting to update their property to developers wanting to start from scratch designing single family and multi family properties. I enjoy helping people come up with a vision and taking that vision and bringing it to life. I work hand in hand with architects and builders/contractors to design and create floor plans and interior and exterior design. I am an expert at maximizing and utilizing space – my floor plan designs take each space and make it usable and gorgeous at the same time. I am known for my niches and maximum use of space creativity. I have expert knowledge of the real estate market and conditions with thorough research and analytics to come up with a calculated square footage and price points for current real estate market conditions to maximize profits for builders and sellers. I work hand in hand with the architect & GC on the floor plan including the strategic placement of electrical/lighting/window and doors that new buyers are looking for in homes and maximize space and natural light. I have expertise in change orders. I strategically come up with a formula and process for the change orders to maximize profit for the builder and that makes both the buyer and builder exchange seamless. I work with the home owner and or contractor/builder to set a budget and keep within or under the budget.
